From robotic beings that were mostly the same but upgraded in power, this had gotten really really bad.
The villain of the piece had been Eudial, who had come up with the digitizing device and then abandoned it when it was obvious that it had some major problems.
When Mimette had used the device on the Senshi, she'd backed their data up and used editing software. Simply killing them wasn't enough. Turning them into cute little pets that she could play with and torment, helplessly devoted to her - Terrurun might have suggested such a thing but Mimette had been quick to make the idea her own.
First she'd set up the digitizing/recording device on a wide field. The moment the Senshi showed up, five had gotten snagged. Then the pink-haired girl had shot off some silly attack and knocked the camera aside and some guy in a tuxedo had vanished and then those two girls and some older woman with a big key.
It had worked pretty well too. She had gotten little Hotaru, but that was her own fault for trying to protect that pink haired girl. Once she'd captured them and let the device whirr away, altering their data and saving it as newly doctored files - she'd been home clear. Nobody could stop her!
Not even that guy throwing the roses. There hadn't been room on the disc for his altered file, but she'd edited him and stuck him in a nice videogame. It would be interesting later to play it back and see how the masked guy in the tuxedo fared in the world of a hentai videogame dealing with an island of women and a cruel master.
Except that as Setsuna had noted, Ranma's fate was tangled with that of the Senshi. He'd come charging to the rescue while she was laughing about what she'd done to the guy in the tuxedo.
Mimette found herself thrown directly into her camera's receptor and it had still been set to digitize individuals and beam them into that very videogame.
While that had a certain ironic value to it, Setsuna wasn't heartened as Ranma had then gone on to smash the digitizer and wasn't that technically saavy. He had eventually figured out that the disc marked SenshiPets was important and had played it back on an old player. The result had been the Senshi becoming Ranma's instead of Mimette's.
