"Guide not know," said the Guide.
"What I'm doing," said the tiger as he turned yellow, "is figuring out exactly how to reply to my father throwing me into that spring. You sacrifice my humanity for power - it is only fair that I show my appreciation."
"Uh oh," said Genma, interpreting this correctly.
"How should I put this?" mused the tiger aloud, apparently pondering the possibilities. "Ah yes. This should do. Thunder Bomb!"
KA-ZAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP! crackle pop
The Guide looked down at the crispy customer. "Uhm. Spring no supposed to work that way." After all, the tiger wasn't supposed to double in size. Tigers did not, except in certain myths and legends, talk. Much less in such a manner where each word sounded somehow like the rumble of thunder. They were NOT supposed to suddenly change color, nor be able to throw bolts of lightning.
The only answer that possibly came to mind was some sort of celestial being, or maybe his nephew had been screwing with the springs again.
"So," asked the Guide. "You is not just big sabretooth tiger, you is Celestial Tiger?"
Ranma thought about that. Why not?
☑ Tiger-form is now Celestial Tiger"Yup," answered Ranma.
"Guide see," said the Guide, slowly stepping backwards. Absolutely nothing good could come of this. Nope. "Guide demonstrate how hot water turn Mister Customer back?"
The tiger sniffed the air briefly, then smiled again.
