☑ Spring Of Drowned Girl replaced with "something cool" - Smilodon Populator
☑ Coolness factor not negated by assimilating 'Catfist'
☑ Communication enabled while in tiger form. Mechanism - human communication through spoken voice accomplished by permanent magical effect.
☑ Elemental powers added as part of permanent magical abilities. Possessor will need to 'speak aloud' the name of the 'technique' in order to activate it. Magical reservoir will slowly refill based on factors such as ambient magic level, fatigue, activity level, and amount of food consumed. Element = wood.
☑ Genma Saotome currently cursed via Jusenkyo Spring Of Drowned Girl.
☑ Genetics of Saotome family revised to be more physically attractive and mentally acute.
☑ Ranma Saotome (both forms) now fully fluent in Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Local dialects, Korean, Tibetan, Vietnamese, Thai, Burka, English, Ainu, Okinawan, French, German, Polynesian.
☑ Instinctive overreaction to nudity and near-nudity removed.
☑ Ability to turn invisible, with the smile being the last thing to vanish, at will.
☑ Ryoga Hibiki now Jusenkyo cursed - Spring of Drowned Winged Unicorn.
☑ Happosai 'dealt with'
☑ Genma has defeated Shampoo, married her, and proved that the Saotome line is as naturally blessed in the 'marital' arts as the martial ones.
☑ Ukyo and her father don't blame Ranma for the yattai since they know absolutely that Genma was solely to blame for running out on the engagement.
☑ Daikokuji, Chardin, a number of police officers, Nodoka Saotome, and the Tendo household all blame Genma (not Ranma) for various crimes/broken promises/general hardship.
Now Ranma was getting ambitious.
He reappeared in the Kuno household five years before he would show up in Nerima and decided to "fix" things.
Their father, the Hawaiian Academia Nut. Tatewaki, a parody of a feudal samurai. Kodachi, the aristocratic obsessive. Sasuke, the frequently pitiable but often annoying minion.
Since it was their wealth that allowed them to get away with being stupid, that was the first thing to go.

Instead of the sprawling Kuno mansion, the land was now occupied by a 'maison' or set of one-room apartments and a strip mall.
The Kuno family was now in mental institutions.
Ranma considered leaving it like that but realized that this really didn't quite suit. Seeing them suffer was different, but just wasn't his style. Maybe...

Ranma nodded. Better. Now the Kuno family wasn't destitute, but they weren't greatly wealthy either.
The 'Maison Kuno' was a set of ten one-room apartments in a Western-style building with a vaguely Hawaiian motif. There was a big Easter Island moai in front, which Ranma had originally intended to be a tiki-statue but had ended up with this instead.
After considering it, Ranma decided it should be a MAGICAL tiki that could talk when not asleep (which it frequently would be).
Principal Kuno remained Principal Kuno (when not managing the apartments), but instead of focussing on haircuts - he would like LONG hair. Let him keep his Hawaiian obsession, as long as he didn't try the haircuts or some other garbage that'd be fine.
Tatewaki was harder to do. He needed something to focus on besides trying to be a samurai from some feudal epic. What to do with him?
