Ranma sighed as he looked around the room he had at the Tendo dojo. He shook his head and started sorting through his clothes for cleaning and storage. He held up a shirt that had a decent sized gash sewn up with some skill.
“My favorite shirt ruined by Ryoga. Now? It’s useful for training and for going into situations I know I will be fighting.”
Ranma shook his head and put the shirt down. He finished with his normal clothes and then started going through his special clothes for disguises and certain fights. He sat back and looked at the clothes.
“Blue and yellow or green?”
Ranma picked up a green leotard and shook his head in amusement. “From my first official fight with Kodachi. That’s my gym uniform for when I’m a girl. It seems to be the only thing that has no green, yellow, or blue in it. I had to repair and replace the elastic in it after getting splashed with hot water.”
Ranma chuckled, as he put it down and picked up a green mini-dress. “Why this didn’t get affected after Pops splashed me, I have no idea. I really should try and get Mariko to hook up with Kuno now that Furinkan is not in any danger of losing any contests.”
Ranma put the dress down and picked up a pair of soft red boots. “I know these should have been trashed by my transformation.”
Ranma thought back to his fight with Mariko and looked at the baton. “I only took one with me. Where did all those others come from? Where did the pom-poms vanish to?”
Ranma heard Akane talking to Nabiki about the Sailor Senshi in the Juuban ward.
“Sailor Senshi? Maybe they can be of some use training my girl side, although fighting demons seems a bit dangerous.”
Ranma looked out a window and saw a streak of light and shook his head. “I wish there was a way. I guess that meteorite was too small to hit the Earth.”
Ranma looked back at his clothes and saw his cheerleader outfit was glowing softly. The light grew and in a sudden flash the outfit was gone. Ranma looked down and saw that she was now female and wearing the cheerleader outfit. The gold dragon on the front of the outfit seemed to glow slightly.
“Gold dragon, make up?” Ranma asked herself and looked at her belongings.
She noticed the three vases that created the Spring of Drowned Man for Japan, the Nanban mirror, the day love pill, and some other magic items were falling into dust and very thin streams of gray light streamed towards Ranma and merged with her.
“Making a wish while seeing a shooting star with all these magical nearby was probably not a smart thing to do.”
Ranma frowned and thought about her male side. She flashed with a white light and was replaced by a male Ranma wearing his usual clothes.
“I wonder what just happened to me.”
Ranma thought about his cursed form with a furrowed brow and was once again he was a she.
“It’s not as good as a cure, but I’ll take control over the curse as good enough,” Ranma mumbled to herself. “I won’t have to even lie. I’ll just say that I wished upon a shooting star and that it along with all the bad magical objects became my cure. Nabiki is going to be pissed. I wonder why I have this urge to go to the Juuban ward though. What was with that silly phrase and me being in my cheerleader outfit though.”
Over in Juuban, Usagi Tsukino looked at the sky and fiddled with her transformation brooch. She looked at her advisor cat and shook her head.
“Luna, the enemies keep getting stronger. We need help. Pluto is at the Time Gates and I have no idea if there is a Saturn, Uranus or Neptune. We need more help, “Usagi said, as she opened her compact and revealed the silver crystal within. “I wish we had another Senshi to help out.”
“I’m not sure about those three you mentioned, but they might exist,” Luna said.
Usagi turned her eyes to Luna, who had her eyes closed in deep though. Neither noticed the silver crystal flare to life and send a beam of silver light into the sky to impact with a shooting star.
“So, there might be three more Senshi? I hope they show up soon”, Usagi said. “We might need more though.”
“It would require a lot of magic being unused lying about and then would have to interact with a candidate before be used to create a new Senshi. The new Senshi would also have to have some inherent power and be somewhat skilled with channeling energy,” Luna explained.
“So, Naru can’t become one,” Usagi concluded.
“She has the energy levels required, but not the skill,” Luna said. “Plus, there might not be any unused magical energy that we can use. Before you say anything about yourself, your previous life is what gives you the ability now. The same go for the other Senshi.”
