High Stakes with Anzu and Mana: Let's get this duel on the road! (WAFF) (LIME) [Episode 207630]

by Jadesparda

“A Ceremonial Battle, with a starting limit of 8000 lifepoints. After all, this is a fairly big deal, what with the loser’s freedom being surrendered to the winner…” Anzu replied as she answered Mana’s question on what Duel Monsters rules to use and starting lifepoints. Mentally, she chuckled: 'This will be a bit of a waiting game, but it'll be well worth it... All I’ll need is one moment of inattentiveness on Mana’s part that I can exploit and she’ll be my slave for the summer! I think I’ll milk the forfeit for all it’s worth… Four months with Mana catering to my every whim, getting to learn magic, what’s not to like about it? Sure, there’s the risk I could end up her slave if I lose… But if I win, it’ll be worth every second of these next four months! And even in the worst case, it could be fun to see what Mana has in store for me…'

“Sure thing Anzu, just give me a second to prepare myself… I not only need to cast that spell on you to cut the intensity of the link in half, but start the Fetish Shadow Game itself! So grab your deck and get ready to duel.” Mana replied as she closed her eyes, to help her concentration with the spell. Anzu quickly picked up her duelling deck and stood in the middle of her living room opposite Mana, then waited for Mana to do her thing. It took quite a bit of effort on Mana’s part, but their patience was eventually rewarded with a flicker of purple light in the centre of the room. This flicker soon became a small orb, which started growing larger and larger, until it had engulfed them both. Mana let out a small sigh of relief: ‘That’s the Fetish Shadow Game started then, now to set the conditions and cast that spell to tone down the effect of when a monster is destroyed for Anzu… I sure hope she doesn’t freak out at the décor of our duelling arena!’

Once Anzu’s eyes had adjusted to the drastic change in lighting that usually happened whenever a Shadow Game started, she took a look around at her surroundings. Unlike most of the Shadow Games she had seen over the years, which were fairly Spartan affairs, the background for this duel was a fairly spacious bedroom, with a massive bed with a large mirror hanging above it, off to one side of the arena and three large wardrobes on the other side. In the middle of the room, a large space had been cleared with enough room for both players to move about and summon their cards. An odd piece of gear on both sides of the duelling space caught Anzu’s eyes. She blinked in shock, not quite believing what she was seeing: a pair of unlocked metal collars, each on opposite sides of the cleared space. Each of them was attached to a very long length of chain; each seemed to give enough room for the duellists, once they were locked into them, almost free range of the room. Each chain was fastened to a sturdy-looking ring that was right in the centre of the arena. From the looks of things, she guessed that the keys to the locks on the individual collars were inside a pair of small boxes, each one on the opposite side of the room to their collar. ‘Those boxes will probably only open once the opponent’s lifepoints hit zero,’ Anzu mused. She paused briefly as a golden glow surrounded her briefly before dissipating, but soon realized that this was the spell Mana had promised to protect her with. Finding her voice, she spoke up: “Well I must say Mana; I never even dreamed that this sort of background would be our battlefield… One thing though, what’re the collars for?”

“Ah yes… The collars, I’m not surprised they caught your eye and you asked about them first!” Mana replied bashfully, turning slightly red before composing herself. “Well you see Anzu; part of the ritual of this Game has the players locking their opponent into the collar that’s on their side of the field. This is done to ensure that both duellists will actually honour the terms of their deal if they lose and signify their trust in the other player… The practise started after a dragon lost their duel with one of the harpy sisters and refused to pay the forfeit they had agreed before the duel, to serve the winner for a year. In the end though, the harpies got their revenge on him, by appealing to the Council of Elders. They took a dim view of the dragon breaking his vow in the Fetish Shadow Game and ordered him to serve the entire Harpy clan for the rest of his natural lifespan. You’ve seen Mai’s card: Harpie’s Pet Dragon, right? That’s the same dragon, with the collar and chain around its neck signifying his oath of eternal servitude! As for the bed and wardrobes, it’s customary for the winner to ‘sample’ the rewards of whatever the loser has offered once the duel is over. The bed is there for obvious reasons, while the wardrobes contain a wide selection of clothes, gear and toys for whatever ‘games’ the winner wants to play with the loser! Right, first thing we need to do now, is grab our opponent’s collar from their side of the field. We’ll then meet with the collars in the middle of the field…”

“Alright then, that sounds fair enough! I can also see the reason for the collars now. After all, no-one likes a person who reneges on their deals… As for the other items you mentioned, well we’ll see Mana!” Anzu replied; blushing as she thought about what sort of items she could find in the wardrobes. She then started walking over to the side of the room where Mana had been standing and retrieved the collar that was there, while Mana was doing the same thing for the collar on Anzu’s side of the field. They met in the middle with both collars open. “So what’s the next step in the ritual before the duel starts; is there a vow or something.... MMMFF!” Anzu started to ask but her question was interrupted by Mana locking lips with her!

At first Anzu attempted to pull back slightly, not knowing what to think of Mana’s actions, but then she slowly melted into the kiss… Mana's lips tasted like strawberries and cream! Anzu then closed her eyes to savour the kiss, wishing it could last longer. ‘What’s this strange feeling I’m getting from this kiss? I’ve never felt like this before, even when I was going out with either Yugi or Atem…' Acting on instinct, she lifted up the collar she held in her hand and started to position it, with great care, around Mana’s neck. She could feel Mana doing the same thing with the collar around her neck, ensuring that it wouldn’t affect her breathing at all. Finally, in perfect sync, they snapped the collars shut…

CLICK!!!

Anzu’s eyes flew open the instant she heard the collars shut and click, indicating they were locked and the keys would be needed to remove them. ‘We’ve locked ourselves into these collars!’ she mentally gasped in shock. ‘What have I gotten myself into, by agreeing to this duel? But there’s no turning back now… We have to duel, since there's no other way to open the boxes!’ She then paused, feeling an odd sensation in her nether regions and the blood running to her face. ‘And why am I reminded of this quote now: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me!’

Her eyes then fell on Mana, who was now smiling serenely at her and she relaxed. ‘Alright, let’s just calm down there Anzu. Sure, you’ve agreed to a type of duel that you’ve never heard of before! And your freedom for the next four months is at stake… But even if you lose, it’ll be fine, since Mana would never force you to do anything you aren’t willing to do!’

Composing herself, she then returned Mana’s smile and spoke up: “A little warning next time before you do something like that, please Mana? You really gave me quite a shock when you kissed me just then!” Looking over Mana’s collared form, Anzu had to admit, the collar seemed to suit her. Part of her was curious to see how she herself looked with the collar around her own neck. Just then, a detail she hadn’t noticed before caught her eye and she blinked before asking: “Oh yeah, before I forget it, where are the Duel Discs? I don’t see them anywhere…”

“Right, sorry about that kiss Anzu, but I guess I just got caught up in the heat of the moment! As for the Duel Discs, just concentrate on the idea of having one on your arm and it should be created instantly. It’ll be just like the time you went into Atem’s memories...” Mana replied, while she rubbed the back of her head while grinning a little sheepishly. But on the inside, she was jumping for joy: ‘Yes! I knew she was interested in girls as well as boys and her reaction proved it… Not only that, but she appears to be aroused by the mere thought of bondage and the other fetishes like it. Now to win this duel and she’ll be mine! Then, we can explore just how deep her submissive desires run together… Besides she looks cute like that, collared up for a potential Mistress!’

Anzu then concentrated and sure enough, a Duel Disc formed on her left arm. She then retrieved her cards from where she had left them down at the side of the room and returned to the centre of the room. Mana also created a Duel Disc, and took out her deck from her mage-space pocket. They then switched decks and shuffled them. Neither player bothered to check what cards the other had chosen, Anzu out of a confidence that she was ready for anything Mana could throw at her, while Mana didn’t check so that she could focus on her own moves. After they had shuffled the decks, returned them to their proper owners and placed them into their Duel Discs, they both returned to their side of the arena and drew five cards. “Are you ready Anzu?” Mana called out.

“I’m good to go, Mana! May the best duellist win…” Anzu replied. Both girls then thought the exact same thing: ‘That’ll be me. She won’t know what hit her!’

They both shouted aloud almost at once: “Duel!”

Mana LP: 8000 Anzu LP: 8000

“Right, since you’re the one who challenged me, I’ll take the first turn…” Anzu said to Mana as she drew her sixth card. ‘Hmm, I better play it safe for now, since I’ve got no idea what’s in her hand!’ Anzu frowned as she looked at her own hand. It was alright, not the best starting hand she’d ever got, but enough to ensure her lifepoints were safe as well having a few nasty surprises for Mana, if she was cocky enough to attack on her turn… “First off, I summon a monster in defence mode. Then I’ll place two cards face down and end my turn. Your move Mana, let’s see what you got!” Anzu grinned as she placed her cards onto her Duel Disc and the holograms appeared on the field. ‘I'm off to a reasonable start here, so let's see what Mana's has to say to that.’

“With pleasure Anzu…” Mana replied, drawing a card. She scanned her hand and grinned slightly: ‘Right, time to reveal the first of my new surprises!’ “I summon the Chaste Maiden in attack mode! Then I’ll set three cards of my own face down and end my turn…” ‘This ought to shake things up!’

The appearance of Mana’s female monster, when it appeared on the field, was quite unusual. Her face was quite plain and ordinary compared to some of the other female monsters, but that actually made her more appealing… She was wearing a heavy cloak that covered her entire body from the neck down, all the way to her ankles. It was hard to make out how what she looked underneath the cloak, since her every movement was concealed by the cloak.

Chaste Maiden LV3; ATK 1200, DEF 900

Anzu blinked, unsure of what to make of this monster. “What the… I’ve never even of that monster before!” ‘What should I do? I’ve no idea of what special abilities that card has, so I better choose my next move carefully…’
