"Another year, another menace from beyond," said a male voice that had an annoyed edge to it. "Can't you people go menace some other area for a change?"
"Tuxedo Kamen-sama!" chirped Usagi.
"Don't interfere!" said the tree-woman as she sent an attack towards the voice.
BLAM!
"Now that that's taken care of," said the tree-woman.
"You know, you've annoyed me," said a strangely-shorter-looking male figure as he hopped down from his position atop a fence. He was still sorting through things. Such as when he'd intended to change to the masked tuxedo-wearing outfit, he'd ended up wearing something more like formal body armor.
"TUXE... what?" asked Usagi, staring. True, he looked shorter somehow. On the other hand his willowy bishonen appearance had bulked up with what looked like hard muscles.
Mikuji sneered. "I predict VERY BAD LUCK - URK GAK!"
The Senshi stared. Had Mamoru just teleported about twelve feet? Was he now standing in midair? Was he holding the yoma by the throat with her legs kicking around at least a foot off the ground? Well, actually, yes - that WAS what it looked like.
"I. Don't. Have. Time. For. This." Mamoru tightened his grip a little bit more with each word, which was accompanied by the sound of wood being crushed.
"UKKKK!" said Mikuji, now going into a panic. This CERTAINLY hadn't been in the script.
"Oh, and you," said Mamoru, his eyes going up to the floating woman with the red hair. "Don't even THINK about pissing me off. I'm getting angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. I'm not sure I would like me when I'm angry."
CRUnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnch went the sound of wood in something that was outdoing a hydraulic press in terms of unstoppable crushing power.
Mikuji's limbs were spasming as she flailed around, trying to beat on the human holding her prisoner, trying to squirm free. She wasn't managing anything though and it didn't take a rocket scientist-yoma to see what was going to happen in a second or two.
"Who do you think you are to dictate..." said the red-haired woman, summoning a sphere of energy.
Mamoru considered briefly. Ah yes, that would do. "Big Bang ATTACK!"
FWOOM!
Mikuji twitched a few times before going limp, the one hand having never left her neck. After she dropped to the ground, a tree appeared in her place. Though it had this odd handprint embedded in it.
"Hmmmm, needs work," said Mamoru as he noted that he'd only knocked the redhead off into the distance. She could still be seen as a dot arcing back down. Oh well, more reason to spend some time training these new abilities.
