sorry to say it but the person that wrote the previous episode is an idiot that has never seen a dalek episode of doctor who. the daleks don't assimilate that's the cybermen daleks exterminate they find all other forms of life disgusting and at one point in the series actually tried to wipe out the entire universe except for them using a reality bomb, to the point if the daleks actually found someone that resisted their weapons they wouldn't assimilate them they would study and dissect them trying to figure out how to get around the defense so actually if they captured sailor moon after she didn't die they probably would instead take her to be studied
