Starscream smiled as he looked over the area where he would beat that girl who had humiliated him. He turned to Leader one and nodded. Megatron had granted him use of the Starsabre for the battle so that he could crush the transformer.
“So Thrust how goes the preparation?” Query Megatron looking at Starscream in the distance.
“Excellent, with the Starsabre in his hands Starscream should be more than a match for the new Transformer even is her skills were equal to yours or Optimus's. I have also prepared a special surprise for the Autobots.”

Alexis glared at the view screen. Ranma had been sitting in her room for the last two hours without movement. If Ranma was up to something then she would find out. Besides the story she told everyone about how she got the ability to become a transformer sounded fishy to her.
“Shouldn't you be doing your homework?” Questioned Redalert as he walked into the command room. “Besides I doubt it's much fun to watch someone who's meditating all day long.”
“I just don't trust her Redalert.” Sighed Alexis. Maybe he was right, she hadn't move an inch in the last two hours. “What do you know about her anyway?”
“Can't really say anything, apart from the briefings I've never talked to her.”
“What about after she finishes with Blurr? Don't you talk to her when you do repairs?”
“Actually I haven't seen her once for repairs yet.” Mused Redalert.
“See don't you think that's strange.”
“Not really.” Upon seeing Alexis questioning look he continued. “Remember according to her she only just became a Transformer. She probably doesn't even realise what to do in case she has damage.”
“You think so?”
“It seems like the logical choice. After all she is new to this world, besides you’re not the only one with trust issues Alexis.”
“You mean you don't trust her either?”
“No, I'll trust her as much as any Autobot rookie. It's her who doesn't trust us. And I don't blame her either. Give her time to get used to being a Transformer and an Autobot and she'll come around.”
“If you say so.” Replied Alexis as she watched Redalert leave.

Deep in her meditation Ranma feel it. While she had tried to call it during combat practice like she had during the fight with the other Robot, Starscream, she had found that it would appear. After testing each of her sense she felt she could feel something just beyond the reach of her finger tips. She had spent the last hour trying to reach it.
Letting out a sigh she decided to try calling it rather than reaching for the weapon. Almost immediately the blade appeared in her hands. Picking it up, while it felt right in her hands it was still far too big. She tried willing the sword back to where she pulled it from. This time it disappeared instantly.
Trying on a hunch Ranma called the blade again, this time she tried to shrink it as she called it. When the blade materialised in her hand this time it was smaller, although it was still a massive blade. Giving it a couple of test swings she found it almost perfect.
“I see you managed to arm your self there Ranma.” announced Redalert as he entered her room.
“Oh, hey. You need anything?”
“Well I was wondering if you needed a tune up.”
“A what?”
“Think of it as a medical check up for giant robots.” Redalert explained calmly. “Unless you're able to do that you’re self.” It was better to ask after all you never know. “But if anything feels wrong then I can fix it for you.
“Ah... I would have no idea how to do that. Besides I feel great.”
“Well just to be sure I should give you a tune up. After all you’re still new to being a Transformer and you could miss something important.” Nodding in agreement Ranma followed Redalert to his lab.

“Hmm... This is interesting.” mused Redalert as he looked into Ranma's arm through a panel he had removed.
“Anything I should be worried about?” cautiously asked Ranma.
“No, but I would like you to stand on the scanners over there for a minute.” He reassured her as Redalert pointed to a large platform near a corner of his lab.
Complying Ranma went over and stood on the plate. Shortly after a white light rose from the plate as it passed over her body a couple of times. After it passed over her three times the light turned off. “Thanks for that. I have your scans if you want to see them.”
Walking over she saw Redalert looking over a computer monitor with an outline of her body from various angles with what she guessed was her insides displayed. “So what does this tell us?” She asked curiously.
“Well as far as I can tell your body is in perfect condition. In fact I would say it's far too perfect.”
“Huh?”
“If I didn't know better Ranma I would swear I was examining a bot that had just been put together with brand new parts which had just been made. There are no signs of normal wear and tear which would be created from just moving.”
“Oh, is that bad?”
“No, no it's not. What it is though is confusing. Your condition is far too good for someone who has been in a battle and has been sparing with Blurr for the past couple of days.” Redalert explained as he mused over what this meant. “Still it's nothing you have to worry about. It just means you've been built with some amazing parts, and if I can figure out how it's been done we'll have an advantage over the Decepticon's. Anyway you can go back to your training. I should be good for studying this myself.”
“Ah on, thanks for the check up.” Ranma replied as she walked out of Redalert's lab. It would probably be a good idea if she could get used to summoning her blade anyway.

Ranma awoke to the sounds of alarms blearing. Quickly dressing she rushed to the command room.
“Decepticon activity spotted in grind 357, sir.” Reported Blurr as Ranma entered the command room in her human form.
“Any signs of a Minicon?”
“None yet, but their sensors might have picked up something we didn't.”
“Or it's a trap.” Optimus mused. “Still even if it is slim we need to make sure the Decepticon's don't get any more Minicons. Everyone get ready to move out.” Almost as an after thought he turned to Ranma. “Can you summon your sword at will?” Ranma nodded her ascent. “The hurry and get ready as well, were moving out now!”
