Before anyone could say anything further about Luna's status, Jack felt that sudden sense of wrongness signaling a monster attack. The colonel let out a small groan and muttered, "Just great. This is not what I need today." Jack then realize that everyone was staring at him and he said, "Ya know that feeling I had before I beamed myself over to fight that monster? Well, I'm feeling that feeling again."
Luna immediately jumped in and proclaimed, "General Hammond, you must send Colonel O'Neill and Major Carter to take care of this problem. They are the best suited to fight these kinds of battles and they can get there the quickest."
Hammond nodded his head and replied, "Thank you for your advice Luna." The general then turned to his subordinates and said, "Colonel O'Neill, Major Carter, I'm ordering you two to transform and handle this situation. There will be a team carrying anti-tank weaponry following behind you. Now, get going."
Jack and Sam nodded their heads before transforming. Neither of them relished the idea of fighting as 'superheros', but they understood that they were the only ones would could offer a defense against these unknown monsters. Just after they finished transforming, Luna called out, "Major Carter will be unable to sense where the youma is located at. She must be in physical contact with Colonel O'Neill while they are teleporting or she could end up anywhere."
Sam nodded her head thankful for Luna's advice. The major then felt Jack place his hand on her shoulder. Then Sam's mind suddenly clicked and she had all the information needed to teleport. One second she and Jack were in the SGC's briefing room and in the next they were in front of a movie theater.
The duo's training immediately kicked in as soon as the teleporation spell ended. Sam immediately rolled to the side taking cover behind the smoldering remains of a car. At the same time, Jack jumped into the air and unleashed a hailstorm of roses. These roses all hit their marks and freed hundreds of movie-goers that had been trapped by the monster.
Now that Jack was on a lamp-post, he looked down at Sam and quickly signaled for a full assault. Sam quickly responded and started charging up her magical attack. The duo's attacks hit the mark and the Dark Kingdom foot soldier was history.
