Sailor Pluto really should have expected something like this to happen. After all, there would be many similarities between the "Pure" Sailor Moon universe and her own universe. However, Setsuna was not expecting to find a blond haired, freckled faced little girl holding a teddy bear to be waiting for her at the Time Gates. The fact that the girl was near the Time Gates immediately told Setsuna that her future self had to have sent the girl down time for some reason. So in a friendly manner Sailor Pluto asked, "Who are you and why are you here? This isn't a place for good little girls to be."
The blonde gave Setsuna a sugary smile and shouted out, "Aunty Plu!" Before Setsuna could react, the tyke got a death grip on her legs and started rambling, "Its so good to see you again. Why did you tell mommy and daddy to send me through the gate?"
Almost immediately, Setsuna began to suspect just who this little girl was. She quickly got down on her knees, looked the child in the eyes, and said, "You'll have to talk a little slower little one. Do you know just what this place is?"
Immediately the girl replied, "Yes I do. Daddy says that these gates are like a stargate through time. Mommy says that there something more, but it's hard to follow everything mommy says. I'm only up to calculus so I can't understand the theory behind the Time Gates."
Setsuna nodded her head. What the girl was telling her, along with her looks, strengthened Setsuna's hypothesis. The Guardian of Time then said, "Very good. This place lets you travel through time. You traveled into the past to a point before you and I ever me; so you know me, but I don't know you just yet. Why don't you tell me your name and I'll see to it that you're taken care of while you're visiting."
The little girl caught onto what Setsuna was saying and replied, "Okay Setsuna! I'm Princess Rebbecca, daughter of Neo-King Jack and Neo-Queen Sammantha of the Tau'ri."
