The rumors went wild at Furinkan High. First Akane had arrived alone, running and noticeably upset and trashed Kuno savagely. Then after a while Ranma arrived, looking worried and being quiet not speaking with anyone. This wouldn't have been anything out of the normal, but when Nabiki arrived having furry ears, striped hair and a big fluffy tail, the whispering started.
"What happened to Nabiki?"
"Probably ate too much of Akane's cooking."
"Have she got a curse like Ranma?"
"I heard that there is a old undetonated nuke under the Tendo Dojo. She must have been exposed to too much radiation."
"Why don't we ask her what happened?"
"Are you crazy, we can't afford that!"
