However, Raphiel also had the attention-span of a 10-year-old, which is to say he'll keep thinking about something until something else that was either shiny or a strong physical sensation takes his mind off of the task at hand.
Which is exactly what happened when Raphiel's stomach began rumbling. At which point, Raphiel went into the kitchen.
Raphiel was having trouble finding some good breakfast foods. For some reason all Haruka and Michiru had stocked in the house for consumption were packets of tea, booze, tea scones, booze, Slim Fast bars, booze, powder drinks, booze, many bottles of sleeping pills, booze many, MANY bottles of asprin, booze, a gallon of milk, booze, dry cereals, booze, and some chocolate bars.
And did I forget to mention that Setsuna *slap* Er... I mean, 'Haruka' stocked up on a lot of booze?
Naturally, Raphiel being the innocent soul he is didn't touch the booze. The candies bars however, would not be safe.
And so Raphiel went about, placing a couple of candy bars in a frying pan and trying to cook them on the stove.
Of course, he wasn't used to modern stoves. So he instead broke up a few chairs and lit a fire in the stove.
A GAS stove.
Fortunately, he did not have said stove turned on. Raphiel however, was rather curious as to why the top of the stove didn't heat up, even WITH the fire he had going.
It was then Raphiel spotted the microwave that Michiru and Haruka had in the kitchen. Great! He knew how to use one of those. Brianna showed him how. So Raphiel set the timer, put the frying-pan with chocolate bars in, and started it up.
Unfortunately it was a METAL frying pan...
The explosion that rocked the neighborhood was quite a loud one, and many fire-trucks, police officers, and news crews were heading over to the Kaioh residence.
