Checking back, he'd realized that earlier but had shelved that observation simply because there was so much wrong with the situation.
"Come along, Rock," grumbled the large fellow who insisted he was his father despite looking and sounding rather more like Choji's father. "Stop dragging your feet."
"Of course not," said Rock. If he didn't go along with this, he might not find out what was going on. This was most likely a powerful genjutsu but he'd never heard of a technique that involved this sort of bizarre cityscape.
"Okay, this is STRANGE," said Lina Inverse. "What's going on here? Why did I turn younger? Why am I wearing these strange clothes? What the heck is all this junk?"
"What are you talking about, sis?" asked a young girl who looked at her strangely.
"'Sis'?" asked Lina. "What is this? I was riding along with Gourry, Naga had just shown up because of some rumor involving a magical prince of some kind. Then poof - I'm HERE. Where am I anyway?"
"You've been reading too much manga lately," said Akane.
"Such an active imagination," came a voice.
Lina turned to see that it was the eldest Tendo daughter:
