Ranma blushed and stammered, “Hey, it’s not like that!”
The Necromancer nodded. “I know, my lord. So, what exactly is it like?”
Ranma sighed. “No idea. But I need you to do something for me….”
The morose necromancer nodded. “Yes?”
Ranma sighed, “For one, could you just call me Ranma?”
She smirked and replied, “Yes, my lord. Anything else?”
“Could you use your clerical abilities to….” Ranma blushed, and stammered out, “check-and-see-if-anyone-is-pregnant”
“Huh?” She blinked, mouthed what he had said one more, then her death white skin turned a bright shade of pink. “Are you serious?”
Ranma nodded. “I have no idea what going on here, but magic is involved, and even then,” His own blush deepened. “Nature my have taken it’s course.”
She gulped and nodded. “One moment, Ranma. I’m going to cast a Detect Pregnancy* Orson. Anyone in the room who is with child will glow a rather cheery shade of pink.”
She stood back and mumbled the incantation. There was a small swirl of color around her as the spell was compleated and...
