Jade was discovered millennia ago. Select members of the clans of magical beings were sent as an exploration party to cross the dimensional barrier and explore the new world. When they set foot on it, they were amazed. It was a beautiful, so pristine, and lush with vegetation of all sorts. There was no sign of any intelligent life... The only thing out of the ordinary was a strange scrap of stone that was seemingly hidden in a cave. The explorers used their magic to determine what it was, but couldn’t interpret it… With no other life on this realm, the explorers proclaimed this new world as theirs... A place where magic could be preserved and passed on to the future generations, who would never have use for technology... They proclaimed this haven of magic 'Jaden', after the strange stone that they had found...
Jaden, or 'Jade', as is soon became known as, is a place where magic could, and has been preserved and passed onto other generations of people, who vowed to never let themselves be ruled by technology.
And for the first time, Ranma would get to see this wonderous world...
The Dimensional Gate appeared in a corner of a city of Jade, the city of Seer's Hamlet, which exists in a pocket dimension in the Seer's Desert. When the Dimensional Gate disappeared, we could see the Diggers group of Theo, Julia, Gina, Britanny, Stryyp, Brianna, Ranma, Gar, Luan, Carla, Charlotte, Genn, Seance, and the three wererats, (Lydia, Moisha, and Romeo) standing around the area the Dimensional Gate had existed.
"Wow... This looks a lot like a Renaissance Fair..." Ranma said, as she looked around with wide, curious eyes.
"And it's all authentic Ranma." Brianna said.
Smiling, Ranma just continued to look around. She saw so many people of different types some she'd only heard of existing in stories. There were humans, elves, dwarves giants, and werecats of all types, and she saw Genn dragging Seance off to the nearest tavern. "I wonder where they're going..."
Gar smiled and took a deep breath of air. "Home sweet home." Gar said. He was pleased to be back.
"Hey Gar!" Brianna said, looking over to the jagwere. Where's Sheila? Didn't she say she'd be here?"
Scratching his head, Gar replied, "Yeah, she was... Maybe she forgot."
At this point, Britanny broke in. "Well, I asked her to bring Raphiel with her when she came to see us. I wanted Ranma to meet her 'uncle' Raphiel.
Ranma blinked hearing that. "I have an uncle?" Ranma was beginning to think with all the peopel around the house, that her family could make up the population of China.
"Yes Ranma!" Brianna said, helping her daughter to sit on her shoulders, so she could look around more easilly. "Raphiel is a very special guy."
"There are cats everywhere..." Romeo whispered to the other two rats.
"No &$%#ing $#&%!" Lydia said as she saw ANOTHER weretiger pass by her; the fifth one in the span of two minutes.
"Like, this place is really, really scary..." Moisha whimpered.
While the wererats were looking out into the city, seeing all the werecats, Gar looked down a street the other way they were and saw them. He could see his sister walking up to them, with Raphiel in tow. "HEY SIS! WHAT TOOK SO LONG!?"
Sheila smiled a bit. "Oh nothing, Raphiel was just helping me scratch an itch I couldn't reach." Sheila finished with a wink as she looked at Brianna.
"Amen sister!" Brianna said, giving Sheila the thumbs up.
Gar blinked. "What itch couldn't she reach?" He muttered to himself, unaware of the hidden meaning that sentence had.
"Yeah, there was one between her legs and..." Raphiel was then cut off, as Sheila slapped her hand over his mouth quickly.
Walking over to Raphiel, Brianna put Ranma down on her feet. "Ranma, sigh hi to 'aunt' Sheila and 'uncle' Raphiel."
Ranma bowed politely. "Hello aunt Sheila and uncle Raphiel. I'm so happy to meet you."
Whistling, Sheila asked, "Wow Brianna, she's so polite. She's nothing like you."
"Oh, hardy har, har..." Brianna sad sarcastically.
Raphiel, taking note that there was a type of Lycanthrope with them he had never seen before, walked up to the wererats. "Oh HI! Are you going to be Edge Guard too?"
"What's an Edge Guard?" Romeo asked. Turning around, he saw Raphiel, and his eyes widened in pure, unbridaled fear. "It's ANOTHER cheetah!!!"
Turning around, Moisha and Lydia turned around and saw Raphiel. That was when instinct kicked in...
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" The three wererats screamed as they ran off into Seer's Hamlet.
Blinking, Ranam asked, "Mom, why were they afraid of uncle Raphiel?"
Sighing, Brianna said, "They're idiots..."
Scratching his head, Raphiel said, "Why'd they run off? Do I have B.O.? I took a shower this morning with Sheila..."
"Speaking of taverns, can we eat mom?" *GRUMBLE*
"Oh no, she's injured! I better help her!" Raphiel said as he started performing CPR on the unconscious wererat..
