"Ran-chan, let's go back to the hotel," Usagi clapped, "maybe we can find some answers there."
Akane hearing the term of affection to Ranko caused anger to rise deep within her, "R-R-Ran-chan!" Akane looking at Usagi, "What do you mean by that, huh?" She went over to Usagi, anger emanating from her. Akane gave the blond an evil stare. "You listen here, you," Akane continued, "I'm only tolerating you since you're both under some kind of weird curse but don't think for a second that I'm going to allow you to give her..."
Usagi interrupted, "Don't you mean, him?"
"Y... yeah that's what I meant," Akane said blushing, "don't change the subject."
A few years back girl's like Akane would have frightened her but Usagi looked her right in the eyes and gave a quick kiss on Akane's lips. Akane's face grew redder in response to the show of affection that usually wouldn't be done to often by either gender. Usagi smiled and put her arm around Akane and lowered her voice to a near whisper so that Ranko wouldn't hear, "Listen I don't care about your feelings for Ranma as a girl but the fact that you love is all that matters."
Ranko stood still and out of the way, out of respect and fear of what Akane might react like if he were to overhear.
"What do you mean, Usagi?"
"Listen, you love her, right?" Usagi asked.
"Of course I do, don't be such a dummy."
"Well even though the bands are causing me to love Ranko, it feels real to me," Usagi said, "but I know that your love for her is real. Could you help me until the bands are removed?"
Akane nodded in agreement, "You bet I will," Akane said, "A girl's gotta fight for love, right? Like a soldier!"
The words echoed in Usagi's head as soon as they reached her ears, "like a soldier, a soldier, soldier."
"C'mon, let's get going already," Ranko said, "let's get to the hotel."
Usagi and Akane broke their female huddle and turned to Ranko and nodded in agreement.
The trio rushed across town as quickly as they could. Ranko was ahead of the other two as she had the same amount of speed as when she was in male form. Usagi while a little winded was able to keep up for the most part and Akane was only slightly faster then Usagi.
It only took them twenty minutes to reach the hotel. It wasn't exactly the most ritzy but it did have a charm that said, 'rooms no less then half an arm or leg.' Ranko ran quickly through the revolving doors and straight to the front desk; Usagi and Akane went through the revolving doors with a little bit more feminine grace.
Ranko pressed the bell for the front clerk. From below the front desk, a man in his late twenties wearing a hot pink button down shirt with black tie and short black hair emerged. "How can I help you?"
"Listen do you remember me?" Ranko said
"That's a very odd question to ask," the clerk said, "of course I know you. You were in room 1010. You came in with your wife for your honeymoon."
"Was I myself?" Ranko asked.
"Look I don't understand what you mean?" The clerk had a odd questioning look in his eye, "all I know is your your male friend checked you into the room."
Akane rushed to the front hearing what the clerk said, "What man? What was his name?" Usagi went a little closer to the front desk to hear the one who caused their romantic dilemma.
"Listen he left his name right here," the clerk flipped the check-in book to the date of the check in, "his name is right there in black and white," he pointed to the name causing a wave of shock in all three of the girls, "Ranma Saotome!"
What do they do next?
