The universes reflected from shonen manga tended to have ta'veren who were, to put it bluntly, stubborn but mostly good-hearted idiots. Frequenetly these would be classed as Determinators - as long as they were stubborn enough, the universe would blink first. Sometimes idiocy could be actually ignorance or brain-damage or they just were possessed by a child-like innocence to the degree that they just came off as idiots. Sometimes it was hard to tell.
Naruto Uzumaki was, in the vast majority of universes where he occurred, one such idiot.
So was Pegasus Seiya, for the most part.
Blending the two together wasn't going to cause a genius to be born.
Toltiir reset things a bit. Keep it simple and see what progressed from there.
Once he'd done so though, it occurred to him that it might be more amusing to blend another of Athena's Saints into Naruto instead of Seiya.
