Yes, that's about the terms the rather unlaid Nodoka might use mentally. Sexual frustration is *not good* in her case, beLIEVE me.
Having gone on to read a few psychology books when she learned of the Neko-Ken (and tried to break Genma's entire skeletal structure for a week and a half afterwards), she understood that Genma was in fact deathly afraid of women, likely why her family arranged the marriage once she turned out pregnant after that party.
{{NOTE: I am among the many that hold that Ranma of the Blue Eyes is/was not in fact Genma's son, due to differance in Eye color and facial structure. Admittedly, this is a Anime, but Rumiko seemed to only color the hair and eyes oddly in cases of High Ki or Magic and Odd Heritage, such as the Musk, and Ranma's eyes are BLUE, before Jusenkyo. Since Genma never asked about it, I am also sure he knows, and does not care. This may explain his cool attitude towards Ranma, despite caring for the boy, he never calls Ranma 'son', and he's got retirement plans using Ranma blatantly.. say, as repayment for raising Ranma? I can see it, people!}}
Why the Fear? He was chased by Deadly Mobs of women a LOT in the days of training under Happosai, and it apparently broke him. Pity.
Nodoka knew ONE thing--mental tampering or no, she had to make sure that this did NOT maim her son's Masculinity--in EITHER form!
Nodoka did this with structure, but her pyschology was not exactly doctoral thesis level, thus the commands were:
Understand women's role in Japanese society.
Be equally and powerfully Protective and agressive towards women.
Be attracted to and desirous of women.
Do Not restrain yourself where women are concerned, but be uninterested in hurting them, as hurting the weak is dishonorable.
Help women to understand and take joy in their proper role.
Truly, this was meant to help Ranma (and protect him from Akane and the Amazons, that culture was anathema to her), but her urge to write it in properly role-oriented terms was Bad.
Worse was her phrasing of the line to prevent abuse of women, as she more or less welded into Ranma the notion that Woman=Weakling, a idea he didn't BUY before, but had said reflexively, thanks to Genma's Brainwas--Err, Training.
But the clincher was the one to make him seem ever better to Japanese and unbreakable to Amazons, as it added the drive to teach women Weakness and enjoyment of inferiority.
And Ranma Saotome NEVER stops trying, once he's committed to a task.
"Martial Artist! Girls are for MARITAL Arts!"
