He could ask her to put it on his tab, but really he didn't need to know what she was going to say since it wouldn't involve him (and he'd probably hear it later anyway).
Ranma took a moment to say anything, distracted as he was by admiring Nabiki's hand. Nabiki wiggled her toes in his face; she could tell from his expression that he liked it.
Finally, Ranma managed to say, "Nah, I was just curious." He glanced up to make eye-contact for a moment near the end of the comment, then looked back at her hand.
She turned her hand over to show that she was not longer waiting for money. Rather than lowering her hand, she held out the other one as well and wiggled her toes at him. "I do so enjoy teasing Saotome," she thought to herself. "Or is it exhibitionism at this point? I don't think I've ever felt this turned on before from teasing someone."
Looking at Nabiki's new "feet" was really turning Ranma on, but he wanted more than that. He knew it was a risk, with Nabiki involved and with a brigade of fiancees who could get quite jealous over him, but it was just too tempting. "C-can I touch 'em?" he asked nervously.
Nabiki blinked. She hadn't expected Ranma of all people to get up the courage to ask to touch part of her that aroused them, even if it wasn't one of the most traditional body part for such things. Since she got her mercenary/Ice Queen reputation, only three hormone-blinded boys had had the courage/stupidity to ask such a thing of her. She did have a standard response, though, and she fell back on it now. "Ten-thousand yen, and you never mention it to anybody or I make your life a living hell."
It was a high price to pay to touch a woman's feet (or feet-like hands), but Ranma hadn't really had the opportunity to do something like this before, and he couldn't pass up the opportunity. "Put it on my tab?" Ranma asked hopefully.
"Okay." She moved her hands a little bit closer to him, to signify her acceptance and to make easier for Ranma to reach. Ranma's face lit up at her agreeing, and Nabiki felt a feeling of satisfaction and pleasure that had nothing to do with the money she was going to get for this.
"It looks like I was right - when Ranma feels happy, I feel happy," Nabiki thought. With a bit of admiration for Mihoshi, she realized "It's rather insidious, and far more subtle than I would have expected from that Genie. If I'm not careful I could wind up trained to always do whatever makes Ranma the happiest, without ever having been forced to do anything."
Before Nabiki could contemplate the matter further, she was distracted as Ranma ran his fingers over her hands, and Nabiki discovered another change that Mihoshi had made. Her eyes widened at the first touch, and a shiver ran down her spine as he ran a finger along the arch of her right hand. "I didn't expect them to be so sensitive!" It felt good, really good. "This is almost as good as masturbating...
Ranma was in heaven as he ran his hands all over hers, tentatively at first, then more smoothly and confidently, even squeezing her heels lightly. He was amazed by how soft and smooth the skin was. "Were her hands this soft before the transformation, or did the transformation make them softer?" he wondered.
He moved on to the toes, moving his fingers along their tips and their undersides and even between them, lightly squeezing them, tugging them, and wiggling them for her. As Ranma played with Nabiki's hands, he leaned in for a better look. Since she hadn't told him his time was up just yet, and temptation was literally in his face, he impulsively stuck her big toe in his mouth and began sucking on it.
At this sensation, Nabiki lost what was left of the strength in her legs. As Nabiki began to fall, her downward movement pulled the toe out of Ranma's mouth; this broke Ranma's concentration on her hands enough for him to notice her falling and catch her before she hit the floor.
"Are you alright?" Ranma asked the dazed Nabiki.
"I'm fine... But can we finish this with me sitting down?" Nabiki said weakly. She was in such a hormone-induced fog that it didn't even occur to her to call what Ranma had done so far enough.
"Okay..." Ranma said uncertainly. He couldn't figure out why Nabiki had suddenly fallen over, but he wasn't about to dwell on it. He helped her to her feet, and when she still proved to be a bit wobbly, he helped her walk over to her bed as well.
As they made their way to Nabiki's bed, she absently noted that she could feel the thread of the carpet and the grain of the wood more distinctly than usual, as if her feet had also become more sensitive than before.
Nabiki sat down on the bed, then held up her hands. "I believe you were in the middle of something?"
Ranma grinned at his luck as he leaned over to get closer to the objects of his desire. The happiness Nabiki felt in reaction to Ranma's grin made her arousal all the sweeter to her.
Ranma ran his tongue along her left hand from the heel to the toes, then began methodically licking and sucking each toe in turn. Nabiki couldn't help but moan in pleasure. After a minute or so of that, he began holding more than one toe in his mouth at a time; he also began to massage those parts of her hands not in his mouth with his own hands.
For Nabiki, the pleasure and arousal continued to mount, and it became all she could do to stay sitting up.
Ranma was enjoying himself immensely (though not quite so much that he was in danger of cumming in his underwear just yet), and he knew Nabiki was enjoying his playing with her hands as well (though he had no idea just how much she was enjoying it). However, he knew he couldn't continue this forever, and he was running out of ideas on what to do with her hands (at least ideas that he thought he could get away with), so he decided to wrap things up.
Ranma stuck all of the toes of her right hand into his mouth at once, sucking and licking the entire mass. He then let them go and did the same to the toes of her left hand, this time taking as much of the hand as possible into his mouth. After this he took both her big toes and first toes into her mouth at once. Then he let the toes go and rubbed his face against the soles of her hands. Finally, he gave each hand one last lick, then lifted his face away and let go of her hands.
Nabiki gave a groan of disappointment. "I was so close to an orgasm!" Then she began to blush at the thought of having an orgasm in front of Ranma. Although, the thought was a bit arousing in itself. "Besides, such a thing would be expected of a sex-slave. Not that I really am one, regardless of the Genie's claim of granting my 'wish'. More like a free-willed sex toy, or something." Actually, that thought was pretty arousing, too.
Ranma was a bit surprised to realize Nabiki's face was flushed, her hair was slightly matted with sweat, and she was still breathing rather heavily. Nabiki looked up at him, a neutral expression on her face. The silence began to grow, and Ranma started searching his mind frantically for what to say.
