As he was trying to decide which Ward in Tokyo to head off to, Ranma overheard someone talking about several of the wards in Tokyo. Acquiring a newspaper from ... Somewhere ... Ranma leans up against the wall of one of the buildings, close enough to hear, but not close enough to LOOK like he's eavesdropping, and proceeded to listen in.
Towards the end of the conversation Ranma had learned of two Wards that almost always had one problem or another. They were named Nerima and Juuban, and always had problems of one kind or another. Nerima was originally the more problematic of the two, but after a Fellow by the name of Ranma Saotome (why does that name sound so familiar?) was offed by one of his Fiancés, things quickly settled down, and more or less everyone who had been causing problems up and left after that (of course, said Fiance was also quickly offed by the other, less than pleased Fiancés). Juuban, however, seemed to be taking up the slack. The standard 'monster of the week' attacks had been picking up in both frequency and strength. All though what type of monster it was seemed to be a point of debate. Didn't much matter to him, though. It was apparently Juuban that he needed to go to. If only his car came with him, it would be so much easier. As it was he would probably have to hot wire one or take the train.
As Ranma was pondering this, a voice snapped him out of his thoughts. "Hey, that's a fancy car, that is." "True that. But what's with the armor? Doesn't it make it kinda hard to get into?" Blinking, Ranma looks to where the first speaker was pointing and saw... HIS CAR?!? Odd. "I thought I left that at home. The boss said I wouldn't need it..." Ranma remarked to himself. This caused the men who were holding the conversation to stare at him, but Ranma wasn't paying attention. Pulling the keys out of his pocket, (Those weren't there when he did his inventory...) Ranma retracted the armor, unlocked the car, and got in.
Straightening his sunglasses, Ranma closed the door, and drove off to Juuban.
