As the light dims down revealing Ranma the only thing that appeared to have changed is his clothes. He was wearing what looked like a blue military uniform with a map hanging from his neck to about mid chest level. He was also holding a five shot rifle with a wooden stock and metal barrel, two grenades, along with several pouches hung from his belt. A sound was heard from the dojo, it sounded like a multi-ton object just crashed through the roof of said dojo. His hair had changed to a grayish brown color. Physically, everything else appeared to be the same about Ranma.
He suddenly clutched his head as a full college education was dumped into his head. Knowledge of plants, animals, marksmanship, tank operations, Military small unit tactics, and other miscellaneous topics was rushing into his mind like a tsunami. Ranma chuckled as he realized that over half of the species he knew about doesn’t exist anywhere he has been.
“What are you laughing about, Saotome?” Nabiki asked as the genie did a disappearing act in the background.
“Ow… Nothing important, just realizing that half the information that has just poured into my head is worthless…” Ranma replied while rubbing his head.
“Why is that, Saotome?” Nabiki asked.
“A lot of it is about the biology of plants and animals that don’t exist on earth,” Ranma replied ruefully.
“Who did you merge him with?” Nabiki asked as she turned toward where the genie was standing a few moments before. Upon noting she was gone the short haired girl said, “Dammit, do you know Ranma?”
“someone named Welkin Gunther, he was a man in a militia,” Ranma said as he walked to the window which SHOULD have had a clear view of the Tendo Dojo, instead it had a clear view of a rather large two person tank sitting in the ruins of the dojo. The tank was light blue in color and has two glowing blue radiators at the back of it. Suddenly a hatch opened, and a girl with dark purple hair and a decorated shawl around her shoulders, popped her head out of the tank. “How and why, the HELL did that Ditz Drag my sister Isara along for the ride?” Ranma said.
“You don’t have a sister Ranma.” Nabiki reminded him.
“Welkin did,” Ranma said absently. He continued with, “and since I’m part Welkin that makes her my sister too.”
As the two of them talked the magic of the wish was creating a history for the misplaced Isara. To everybody but the two wish participants she was Isara Saotome, a daughter that was adopted by Nodoka during Ranma’s training trip. She was a tomboy engineer who inherited her real father’s old tank with all the proper permissions. Unfortunately the only memory modifications done on HER was that she would recognize that Ranma was her brother.
“Nabiki, why do I have a feeling my life just got a lot more complicated?” Ranma asked.
