'It would seem as if telling the Kages my grand plan may not have been such a good idea after all.' Madara thought as he looked up at the recently altered night sky. It was hard to believe that Naruto actually blew up the moon in order to stop his plan, not only destroying decades of planning in just a second but also nearly killing him, it was only due to his experience in medical techniques that he was still alive.
'What's worse is that now I'm the only remaining Uchiha and thanks to that damned Senju I cant have children. Really what kind of ninja aims for a guys crotch, and people wonder why I hate the guy so much. But that wont stop me from passing on the legacy of the Uchiha. Although I wont be able to do it here, I will need to go where no other ninja will be able to follow me to ensure my heir is able to grow strong.' As Madara was thinking this he was in the middle of opening a portal to his pocket dimension, he then realized where he could go to find a heir.
Using the space-time manipulation abilities of his mangekyo sharingan Madara opened a portal to a new dimension, and then quickly returned before he was eaten by that tentacled thing, or at least he hoped it was trying to eat him. Eventually Madara was able to find a dimension that although it looked different, actually had people in it.
The only problem was that due to his rampant dimension hopping Madara could feel his wounds reopening what little chakra he had remaining he needed for his plan. As such, instead of carefully choosing his heir and training him to the best of his ability, he would instead just grab the next child he saw, use his Mangekyo Sharingan to implant a copy of his memories into the child's mind, thus allowing his heir to slowly gain his knowledge. Next he would use a medical technique to jump start the child's chakra network, just in case the people of this dimension did not have one. Finally he would implant a pair of eyes he took from the Uchiha massacre, also unlike Kakashi's eye his heir's would be implanted properly and not by a rookie medic nin, thus allowing the full use of the eyes by the child. After that he would then use his mangekyo sharingan to return to his pocket dimension to ensure his body is not found if he were to die, or if he does survive to properly heal his injuries.
Unknown the Madara was that fact he was not the first ninja to think of the idea of implanting memories in a child to increase its potential as a ninja, he was just the only one not to think of the possible side effects. But before Madara could think of all the ways in which his plan could horribly wrong he soon found his new heir, quickly paralyzing the child he then stared into the eyes of:
