Sailor Pegasus Ranma?!: In A Bind [Episode 22678]

It was the simple fact that nothing seemed to be happening that was the scariest thing for the pair of Senshi. The two of them were used to dealing with forces that would come out of the woodwork and attack innocents. Then the Outers would blindside the enemy and take them out as quickly as possible. However, it felt like the reverse might be true.

Which was exactly what happened. There was an odd sound and a quartet of leather cuffs on chains flew out of the darkness to capture Neptune's wrists and ankles. The Senshi of Water found herself hanging in the air, spread eagled and unable to get any slack in the restraints.

"Neptune!" said Uranus. She readied her Space Sword to cut through the chains, but never got the chance. Seomthing grabbed both of her legs and yanked, sending her falling to the floor. Her body was dragged off from the floor to hang in the air, but she tried to swing or bend enough to cut the restraints. That didn't happen as another binder came out of nowhere and snapped itself around her arms, then pulled them up above her head. (Well, below it, since she happened to be upside down.)

"Uranus! Are you alright?" the sea green-haired Senshi asked.

"About as much as I could be," came the reply, "I think that I can... MMPHLH!"

"What the... MMMM MMM!"

What had happened was that a ball of some plastic looking substance had shot out of a shadow and smacked into each of the Senshi's mouths, where it became a covering that prevented any form of speech. The two struggled against this new restraint, but they couldn't manage it. Which suited the shop owner just fine, since that was exactly what she wanted.
