THIS was an elite system and she was already collecting data through various scanners she'd set up.
"So, a mix of techno-magic and traditional systems," said Kizna to a voice-recorder. "Damage to primary memory. Some kind of electrical blast, probably an EMP generator fired at point blank. The right shoulder is pretty much shredded, looks like a rail gun burst. Damage to cables leading from primary power supply, with the melt damage at the edges - most likely lasers. Very high intensity at near point blank range. Left knee damaged by plasma fire. All other damage is superficial and was likely applied after the unit was disabled. Hmmm. Some overlap here, so I'm guessing that she was hit by the rail gun burst and the plasma fire at the same time. She responded to the threat and was downed finally by the laser. Ambush of some kind. The laser entry point is on the back and the angle indicates from above - so a sniper position. The conclusion with the construction being like this - this was a bodyguard unit and the owner was hit by a massive ambush. Professional hit. Meaning crime syndicate, pirates, or something similar. The piercing holes I'm not sure of - some sort of arrow maybe? Unit was then discarded into the trash, probably far from the location, to muddy the trail after the ambush. The EMP was likely to make sure no usable data from the encounter survived."
Kizna paused the voice recording and considered the android/gynoid/synth on the table. Not a mass produced model by any means, but her initial search on the local net had returned four very similar models. Not as advanced though. Certainly not with the techno-wizardry add-ons.
Kizna tabled that thought for now. They had a couple of weeks for her to figure out that. In the meantime there was this, where she'd figure out more about this unit modeled after:
