Spells 'R'anma: Operation Fake Akane [Episode 22866]

Genma had a sudden idea! Now that he looked like Akane, he could impersonate her and manipulate events so that Ranma and Akane were sure to get together! After all, as Ranma's father, he knew what motivated the boy, his desires and fears, and all of his weaknesses. Besides, how hard could it be to convince people that he was the "real" Akane? (ominous thunder)

Genma's plans seem to go off without a hitch. But will it last?
Genma completely fails at convincing people that he is Akane.
Genma is foiled by Ryouga (or someone else) before his plan can bear fruit.
Uh-oh! Genma's plan worked TOO well, and now HE is being roped into a wedding with Ranma!
Genma totally messes up Akane's reputation somehow.
