Still there were worlds where the love pill event spun out of control. Other worlds where power of love magic altered the loves of Ranma Saotome and those around him. These are the tales of those worlds.
In the original Ranma had taken the instant love pill and glanced at Cologne. Then Akane ended with the Permanent pill and been blindfolded. Before she could have been affected by the pill, she spit it up. Only to have it taken by an octopus who fell for Happosai.
Five different worlds exist other then this one.
In the first, Ranma was the one who had taken the permanent love pill. Despite all the precautions he had taken, he lost his blindfold only to be looking at one of the lovely young ladies on the beach. Like Shampoo or Akane.
In the second, the love pill ended in the mouth of Shampoo instead of Akane. Again the problems of keeping your eyes closed when having been afflicted by a love at first sight spell emerged.
This third world involved someone pocketing the love pill for use later. Using the deception, they made it look like the permanent pill had been lost. The truth was they would be holding on to it till they could use it.
The fourth world was different as the permanent pill shatters into pieces, yet it's magic held whole. Now tiny love shards which could cause permanent love with the first person you saw were wondering the beach, waiting to be swallowed by the victims.
Then there are even more world of love pill madness to explore....
