"Wish granted!" Mihoshi declared cheerfully. "Thanks! I have to go to my next customer now. Bye!" Then the blonde menace vanished away along with her lamp.

"Huh," Nabiki said. "That was real?!" She twisted her neck around to Ranma and noticed...

...nothing. Ranma is a D&D style true lycanthrope. But he won't figure out shapechanging until the first natural change.
As above, but Ranma figures out the natural change immediately...and boy that mating instinct is strong...you know...Nabiki would look good with a tail...
as above, but Ranma has turned evil too
Ranma is GD style were-wolf in a non-GD world...he doesn't know how to change yet...but, you know, that mating instinct is strong, and there's Nabiki right there...He's not sure why he bit her, but she was certainly very agreeable afterwards...
as above...but...Ranma's world merges (or is already merged with) GD
something else...
