Lamp Of Mihoshi: A New Lycanthrope Enters the Golden Arena [Episode 23469]

by Red Priest of the 17th Order

Theo was busy working on his garden. After all, it was one of the most relaxing things in the world he could do. With all the activity that occurs in his and his family's life, it's a wonder he isn't outside more often.

Theo's wife Julia is currently outside with him. She relaxes as she sits in one of the chairs of patio furniture that Theo set up. The garden area is a very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Many planets from all around Earth and Jade are grown here.

"You know, dear..." Julia began. She took a sip from her cup of tea and continued. "This garden of yours could be an 'Eighth Wonder of the World' if you put more time and effort into it...

Chuckling a bit, Theo answered Julia. "You really think that? When you consider the masterpiece your student smade for a Shundosai, and consodering the current rate Britanny is working on her pyramid, I believe my garden would be luckif it were a 'Tenth Wonder of the World'."

Smiling back, Julia said, "Well, that's because my students are motivated to do their job and perform their punishments. Even Britanny."

Theo watched his wife point behind her and towards Britanny. Their adopted daughter was half-way finished with that pyramid. "At this rate, she would be done in another two weeks."

Julia smirked. "Have more faith in your daughter than that. I'd give her another week and two days to finish that pyramid, TOPS!"

Theo blinked. "You really think she can finish it that fast?"

Smirking, Julia answered, "No, that's just the frame of time she has left to finish that I'm allowing her. After that, I'll be deciding on more punishments."

Theo chuckled and shook his head. Sometimes his wife was such a stickler for punishments and having her students take their training seriously.

However, Theo's eyes widened and he lunged forward, grabbing at his chest. Julia was by his side immediately.

"Theo! Honey! What's wrong?" Julia said as she held onto her husband's shoulders. Fear was quite evident in her voice.

Britanny, who was busy breaking her back trying to get the large 15-ton blocks of lime-stone up the ramp stopped what she was doing. She could hear the fuss going on with her enhanced hearing and literally ran over to her father. "Daddy! What's wrong!?"

"Something's wrong." Julia stated. "Help me get him to lay down."

"Right." Britanny agreed.

Soon, Britanny and Julia were helping Theo into one of the lounge chairs that made up the set of patio furniture. Theo was breathing heavilly as his wife and adopted daughter crowded around him.

"Are you all right, dad?" Britanny asked, her voice trembling slightly.

"Dear..." Julia said, holding her husband's hand tightly. "Speak to me. Please."

Theo managed to smile. "I believe you're hurting my hand more than my body is hurting itself." Hearing that, Julia blushed and loosened her grip. Theo then began to sit up and rub the back of his head. He had one hell of a major headache.

"Dad, what happened?" Britanny asked.

"I felt a power..." Theo began.

"A power?" Julia asked.

"Yes." Theo said. "I think the only reason I'm alive is because what happened just took place far from here."

"Where?" Britanny asked.

"On the other side of the world. I'm thinking Japan, though China could be a possibility." Theo answered.

"Theo," Julia began, "What kind of power was it?"

Theo looked between his wife and daughter for a moment. Finally he spoke. "I could feel an old, yet familiar magic... Like a Lycanthrope..."

"Lycanthrope?" Britanny asked, intrigued. "Like what?"

"I'm not sure." Theo said. "I felt a strong surge of energy and that set me 'off-balance' so to speak."

Britanny nodded her head. "I guess I better get Gina and Bri and tell them we have to head out to Japan..."

Nabiki stood shocked as she watched Ranma. Okay, so it turns out that that girl who said she was a D'jinni WAS serious. Now Nabiki was really beginning to regret making that wish about Ranma being a Lycanthrope with a transformative bite that made his victims affectionate.

Nabiki began to back up from Ranma. He was definitely a Lycanthrope... Though for some odd reason... While this terrified Nabiki, she couldn't help but think of how on some levels he was 'cute'.

Still, it was intimidating. Ranma had turned into a...
