"Uhm," said Naruto, holding the thing up.
"The stats go up as you gain experience," said Toltiir.
"Okay," said Naruto, clearly not getting it. He put it on anyway to check fit. "Well, at least it fits."
Toltiir's tail waved once to the side.
Twenty year old Naruto gulped as he burst out of all his clothing except the coat.
"It also adjusts to your current size so you don't outgrow it in a year or so," said Toltiir.
"So this is what he'll look like when he gets older?" asked Minato.
"Yeah," said the cat, his tail making a snapping noise as he reverted Naruto back to eleven.
"Uhm, clothes?" asked Naruto.
The so-far-not-named Uchiha girl hit the ground, having fainted while Naruto was twenty years old.
"Eh? What's that about?" wondered Naruto.
"Next question?" asked Toltiir.
"What's that about?" repeated Naruto.
"You exceeded her cuteness threshold and she overloaded," said Toltiir. "Next question?"
"That was my question," protested Naruto.
"Try to keep the questions about you and your life then," stated Toltiir.
"Well, how about how come I made her faint?" asked Naruto.
"You're not going to just leave this alone, are you?" asked the cat as it facepawed.
"Why can't I get an answer?" asked Naruto.
"I answered you, but the question doesn't count because this gameshow deals with YOUR life," said Toltiir.
"Oh. You shoulda said so," said the eleven-year-old. "How about 'What should my next wish be'?"
Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at Naruto.
"That depends on what your goals are. Besides being Hokage," said Toltiir.
"Well, what do I need to become Hokage?" asked Naruto.
"Years of experience, the respect of everyone around you, some really powerful jutsu, having Kurama on your side would help too," said Toltiir. "Advisors you can trust who will cover the things you aren't an expert at."
"Wish I'd had a few more of those," mumbled Minato Namikaze.
"Powers and abilities beyond normal ninja," continued Toltiir. "After all, each Hokage so far has had access to abilities that cause normal ninja to run and hide rather than face them."
"Okay," said Naruto, trying to remember that as it had sounded really important. "Can I get some clothes now?"
DING DING DING!
"Eh? Oh," said Toltiir, making a gesture and suddenly Naruto was wearing a different outfit. "The Hokage question wasn't on the board? Really? Huh. Well, here we go again. Roll the wheel!"
Naruto grinned, went up to the wheel and paused. "Hey, what's the red ones?"
"Those are BAD things that could happen to you, try not to get one," said Toltiir.
Gulping nervously now, Naruto gave it a spin anyway.
