As usual, Akane had come to school, only to be confronted by the Horde once again. As usual, she started fighting them off.
This time, however, something very different happened.
With a loud screech, a slim female figure wearing some sort of diving suit leaped into the fray, throwing several of the would-be suitors around easily.
Who is that? Akane wondered. She's certainly a capable fighter.
As she pondered over whether to help or make a break for it, she felt a small hand touch her arm. Looking over, she saw a small girl with pale skin and glowing eyes smiling up at her. At the same time, Akane began to feel tired. Surely it wouldn't hurt to close her eyes...just for a while...
As she fell asleep from the chi-draining, Akane heard the little girl singing softly.
"Missy Bubbles, Missy Bubbles, Are you there? Are you there? Come and bring me lollies, Come and bring me toffees. Teddy bears, teddy bears."
