The idea of being able to do this. Well, if she could have done this to Genma, then Ranma wouldn't have been an only child.
As it was:

Add hyperaddictive pleasure stimulating abilities to Ranma's semen.
Add Sedusa hypno-erotic gaze ability to Ranma.
Add 2" length + extra thickness to Ranma's manliness.
Increase production capabilities of sperm by 500%.
Sexual drive and sensitivity of Ranma's sexual partners will be tripled.
Nodoka sat back with a smile as she sent the changes. Heck, if she could have done this for real and to Genma - she would never have let him get away for ten years. A pity that Genma was such a disappointment in that area.
