But first he had to confront his sister with the activities he had seen her do. "Usagi, what's with you dressing up like some kind of skater and fighting monsters? And what's with the talking cat?" He asked his sister when they were both in private...
“Err... What are you talking about, Ranma oni-chan?” Usagi said nervously...
“What I mean is that creature you just fought in that Jewelry Store.” Ranma said with a grin. “First, you snuck out in the middle of the night, which I’m pretty sure mom and pop will be displeased with. Second, you threw yourself into a dangerous situation. And third, you know you shouldn’t trust a talking animal. They could be an UnSeelie Fae, and you know they are still after you. They are pretty pissed that I rescued you from them.”
“The UnSeelie are unsealed?!?! I thought we seal our cousi...” Luna stopped in mid-sentence, noticing the other two’s reaction to her. (1)
Usagi was huddled in a corner, whimpering “make them go away” over and over again.
Ranma was standing between her and Luna, directing a glare at her that could peal paint. “Leave NOW!”
“I’m not one of those Unsightly UnSeelie.” Luna whispered as she cringed away from Ranma’s gaze.
“It doesn’t matter, leave now Fae. I’ll explain once I’ve calmed her down!” Ranma cringed as Usagi’s whimpering became more frantic. “GO!”
Luna bolted out the half-open window at Ranma’s yell, sensing the desperation in Ranma’s voice.
Ranma instantly turned around at leaned down to comfort Usagi. “It’s alright... It’s gone.” He whispered, instantly causing her to envelop him in a huge hug as she began to cry on his shoulder.

15 minutes later...
---
Ranma leapt out of his sister’s window and landed on the ground below with nary a sound. “Alright FAE. She’s asleep.”
Luna sighed and stepped out of the shadows with a look of annoyance directed toward Ranma. “What the h-URK!”
Ranma grabbed the small black cat with a crescent moon by the neck and held it up. “What were you doing with my sister Fae? I thought I told you UnSeelie to leave her alone! Give me one good reason not to kill you.”
Luna squirmed under Ranma’s grip. “I’m a Seelie! I would never associate with those heartless UnSeelie!”
“How can I trust you Fae?” Ranma said with a growl.
“The UnSeelie are an uncouth lot! They know nothing but destruction!”
Ranma blinked and released Luna, letting her drop to the ground. “You have a point. They would have just attacked her.” He grinned sheepishly and scratched the back of his head as he sat down on the ground next to Luna. “Sorry about that.”
Luna sighed as she landed on the ground and Ranma sat down next to her. “No offense taken. You have only met the darker side of us Fae. I understand your reaction. What did they do to Usagi to make her react that way?”
Ranma looked at Luna and sighed himself. “I don’t know.”
“What?”
“I don’t know.” Ranma repeated. “It was about two years ago. These little sparkly creatures calling themselves UnSeelie Fae appear and kidnap Usagi. They teleported right into the middle of our class, grabbed her, and teleported back out. I managed to grab one before they all disappeared. It said that the reason they kidnaped Usagi was because she was the Lunar-something. After a bit of persuasion, we got it to open a gate to where it came from. I, Ryoga, and Makoto-chan(2) went through it to rescue Usagi.” Ranma shook his head and sighed. “We didn’t expect to see a massacre on the other side. Usagi was asleep in the middle of a pile of dead UnSeelie. Her back was a bloody pulp with a few white feathers sticking out of it. Her upper arms also had several claw marks on them and a good portion of the rest of her body had minor burns.”
Luna’s Eyes were wide. “By Serenity...”
Ranma nodded. “That was my reaction to. She still has scars from it. She also tends to have very bad nightmares about once a week. She remembers nothing about what happened, luckily. Pop says the trauma caused her to forget what happened. Which is good for her. I’m not sure I could live with the memories if something like that happened to me.”(3) Then he shook his head. “If it wasn’t for those stupid UnSeelie showing up every so often, Usagi would be fine, ‘cept for the nightmare. Every time one of them attacks her, she freaks out. It’s... unnerving.”
“The UnSeelie are a cruel lot. I am sorry about what they did to your sister.”
“Thanks. Now about what you were doing with my sister.”
“Oh... She is destined Sailor Moon. A defender of truth and justice. I unlocked her-“ Luna started to say, but Ranma interrupted.
“I know about that already. I meant about your tactics.”
Luna blinked in confusion. “Tactics?”
“You don’t know about tactics....” Ranma whispered, “And you put Usagi in a combat situation, untrained? What the hell were you thinking!” Ranma growled at Luna. Then he sighed again and shook is head. “Look. You can’t go any where near her. She knows you are a Fae. She’ll freak out if you approach her. I’ll serve as a go-between for you, but I’m going to insist on a few things.”
Luna looked at him with confusion. “Like what?”
“The first would be those silly speeches. They have to go. They give away the element of surprise, and give the enemy time to prepare.” Ranma smirked at this. “She could have dispatched it before the enemy even knew she was there.”
“But its tradition for a scout to...”
Ranma interrupted Luna again. “Tradition samition. What I saw of the creature she was fighting, it was a construct of negative Chi, and something else. Your ‘tradition’ is going to get her killed. So it goes. No buts.”
Luna shook her head. “Okay okay. It goes. But under protest.”
“Good. The second thing, I’m going to fight.”
“You can’t. You’re just a normal human.”
Ranma lightly slapped Luna on the back of the head. “I’m no normal human. I am one of the best martial artists in the world.” He held out a hand and caused a small sphere of Chi to appear, then caused it to assume a variety of shapes. “I have full control over my Chi, and if that ain’t enough, I can always fall back on some heavy weaponry. I bet those creatures couldn’t survive a hit from a Ground to Ground missile.”
“A what?”
Ranma looked at Luna with raised eyebrows. “You don’t know what a Ground to Ground missile is? Where have you been?”
Luna blushed. “I’ve been in stasis for a few millennium.”
“Oh... That explains it. I’ll get you some books to read so you can catch up to modern times.” Ranma grinned at luna.
“Thanks. I would appreciate it.” Luna said, looking up at Ranma and smiling.
“No problem. Which brings me to the third thing.. We’re going to set up a base of operation and get a firm hold of the media rights. We might as well make a profit off this whole mess. And it will keep me sisters’ image from getting dragged into the gutter by some pervert.” Ranma smirked “And with what she is going to be dressed in, I know someone is going to try. I’ll also get some warehouse out near the dock for a Headquarters. That way, if someone attacks, few bystanders will get hurt.”(4)
"rose boy?"
"Guy with the Tuxido. I got him tied to a tree in the backyard."
