The Sharingan allowed for perception of details. The problem was that the bracelet with the little orange jewel dome was NOT possible.
"What is this anyway?" asked Naruto, tapping on it.
"It's a hack."
"It's impossible is what it is," said Kakashi. "Naruto. Cover it."
"A 'hack'?" asked Naruto, looking for something to cover it with.
"Unfortunately, a technical explanation would be impossible. Neither Naruto nor you, Kakashi Hatake, are particularly inclined towards the sciences or physics. It involves superdimensional structures and materials which are not possible at your level of technological development."
"Try me," groaned Kakashi.
"Very well. Due to the translation effect and you not being conversant with such things - it will likely sound like 'technobabble' unfortunately. The bracer is based on a hack device, similar to a 'game genie' but contained within an item. Hack devices are normally to affect binary data fields, however the hacking of physical laws and probability fields is also done in some universes. In this case, what you have is an n-dimensional superstructure device which extends into the normal 4-D universe you can directly observe as a 'bracelet' that is made of materials that do not have an atomic structure. It is, in fact, non-Euclidean in geometry and not prone to what you consider normal physics. The polarity of the neutron flow is not only not reversed, it is not present. The molecular density of the bracelet, if it was actually composed of normal matter AND actually a bracelet, would destroy your planet entirely as it would go straight to world-devouring black hole status immediately. As it is neither - that would require someone or something along my level to come along and actively change it. How much of that did you understand?"
"Enough," said Kakashi. "It 'hacks' reality?"
"High level Mangekyo Sharingan seem to do the same thing, within specified jutsu. Kamui and Izanagi to name two."
"Uhm, what does any of that mean?" asked Naruto, frowning as he wrapped bandages around the device.
"Right now it means that you can only do minor things with the device. Later on, you'll be able to do more. The primary attack/manipulation/hack you can do right now is:"
