Soun and Genma were sure they had the perfect spell. The essence inversion promised two lovers total understanding of one another. It was just what the feuding fiancees needed! They would quit hurting each other and finally get married.
As the two fathers finished their spell Ranma and Akane were locked in yet another pointless argument.
"You think I had life easy? I had to fight Kuno and all those boys everyday at schoool, I've had to put up with my own sister selling pictures of me and schemeing behind my back, I even had to put up with you!" Akane screamed the last part and stuck out her tongue.
Ranma stuck out his tongue and then replied, "That's nothin' compared to the cat fist, pop's lyin' and stealin', not to mention a bunch of crazy girls chasing me,"
"I have to put up with those girls too you know. I also get kidnapped by every other guy who comes to town."
"I don't mean to say you have it easy I'm just sayin I got it worse..." Ranma muttered.
Akane snorted, "Hmph...I wish you had to live my life for a while."
Just then the fathers' spell hit and essence's were exchanged. The new Akane looked at her old body and yelled, "This is all your fault!!!"
