Britanny nodded her head. She had been surprised before. She was walking along with her husband, as they both were apologizing to each other for what happened with the Lust Dust, when all of a sudden, she felt someone walk into her from behind. She was a bit annoyed, but she calmed down easilly seeing it was one of the new werecheetahs... Though she wasn't in such a good mood. "Hey, are you okay? Did you get hurt walking into me?"
Minako shook her head. "No, I'm fine physically..." Sighing, she continued. "But I'm far from okay..."
Britanny blinked. "What's wrong, Minako?"
Wringing her hands for a moment, Minako wasn't sure what to say.
Britanny frowned. Something had upset the girl. "Listen, you can tell me. I'll honestly try to help."
Sighing, Minako shook her head. "My parents kicked me out of the house."
"WHAT!?" Britanny asked. "Why would they do such a thing!?"
"That was the worst part." Minako said. "They didn't explain. They took one look at me like this," Minako said, indicating she was in hybrid form. Who cares if people stared, Mianko liked being in hybrid form. "And I guess they didn't believe I was their daughter so they literally booted me out."
Britanny was fuming after hearing that. "Why, I can't believe your own parents would do such a thing! Come on, I'll help you feel better."
"How?" Minako asked.
Smiling, Britanny answered, "Simple. SHOPPING!"
This caused Minako to smile. "And could we go looking at cute guys too?"
"Sure." Britanny said. "Why not? We'll help you find a boyfriend yet!"
Stryyp sighed and shook his head. "Still, Britanny, when you bring Minako shopping, where is she going to put the stuff afterwards? She said she got kicked out of her house."
This caused Minako to look dejected again. However, Britanny wasn'y going to let Minako sink into despair, "Simple, Muffin. We can have her stay with us until she gets back onto her feet."
Stryyp chuckled. "Somehow, I knew you were going to say that."
Minako was beginning to smile again. "Oh, thank you Brit!" Minako then lunged at the taller and older werecheetah in a hug.
Artemis blinked. Looking around, he noticed that the sight of two female werecheetahs hugging was causing some people that passed by to fall over with nose-bleeds. Yeesh! It wasn't THAT tantalizing a sight. Dang humans and their over-active libidos.
Stryyp sighed. Looks like the credit card bills were going to be quite high this month.
