"In that it is a single jutsu type that can produce a wide range of effects," said the spymaster. "The writing is done on metal and other durable materials."
"So that they can stand up in the rain?" asked the Raikage as that WAS a problem with fuuinjutsu. You carried about all these scrolls and even if you used a "paper" that was water-resistant, sometimes the ink ran. Heck, sometimes just high humidity caused problems. Which was one reason that fuuinjutsu was not more popular in certain areas.
"Yes sir," said the spymaster.
"Well, now that we know it can be done, our own fuuinjutsu experts should be able to duplicate it," said the Raikage, dismissing the latest from Konoha. Strange summons, now fuuinjutsu in metal. Let them innovate and develop at their own expense, Kumo could steal the secrets when it was all perfected. "I'm more concerned with this report out of the Bloody Mist."
Tenten made a gesture with her hand. Light flashed. A stone glowed dimly in the forest clearing.
"That'll do, thanks Tenten," said Rock Lee, putting the skillet on the rocks and busying himself with the preparations.
"'Pancakes'?" asked Neji, almost sneeringly.
"Yes," said Rock Lee. "A wandering peddler taught me the recipe in return for getting his cart out of the ditch."
"This Cooking-Fu of yours gets stranger every day," commented Neji. His disdain for the proceedings betrayed by his stomach letting out a particularly large growl.
The doctor fidgeted as he stood next to... the wheeled cart-thing.
Naruto rolled out on some wheeled flat-board that he was lying on from under the cart. "So. You want some sort'a orderly. Strong enough to move beds and patients, help guard patients when there's a chance of foreign-nin tryin' to infiltrate and stuff?"
"Yes, that IS the situation," said the doctor.
"Okay, I think I got a design that'll do it," said Naruto, rolling back underneath the cart. "Morino-sensei has me working on a couple of other projects, but I think I can have one ready in a couple of days. Have to add medical scanners. Maybe a drug dispenser in the arm. Nanite infusers... no that'll require too many secondaries. Hmmmm."
The doctor really wondered if this would be okay.
