A Guide to EVIL: Choices [Episode 251139]

by Nysk

Remember, when choosing which path upon which to start your career as a true force of evil you should stick to your strengths and not overreach. This is a common mistake made by many first time evil-doers.

So, if you know some secrets about someone that can earn you a bit of cash – don’t rake them over the coals for everything they have, just let them know that you’re aware of their indiscretions and willing to keep silent about it. For now. If they take offense just walk away or if being forceful is more your style stand up to them and show them you won’t be the one who’s going to be intimidated in your relationship. If you’re good at destroying things you could even break something to show them what you could do to them if they push their luck – this will set the stage for future intimidations of your own!

Speaking of breaking things, if you choose to go with vandalism as your choice don’t rush out and destroy a high profile tourist attraction, go for smaller things like defacing a few local statues, trash up the local park, or perhaps even mark up a few parked cars. Whatever you do be sure you have a reliable alibi incase some pesky bystander happens to see you in the act. Of course if someone does catch you, you could use that as an opportunity to practice your intimidation skills.

If none of the above options appeal to your strengths you could instead go the route of thievery. But like above, do not go overboard. Start small but not so small that its laughable. Simply using your skills to pilfer food, while briefly satisfying, is the venue of the hackney criminal not someone who is on the path to true evil. Whatever you steal should be of value to someone else. Something you can either sell back to the person you stole it from, sell to a third party, or is acceptable currency in your local area. A wise man once said ‘Money is the root of all evil.’ Well, a man needs roots.

Remember; what you pilfer today you use tomorrow to finance your empire of evil.

PS: Don’t forget, people can be stolen too.

Reading a few chapters more a grinning Ranma slapped the book in his hands shut with :thud:.

(It was not quite an evil grin; rather more of a mischievous one as learning how to tryly grin an evil grin was detailed in a later chapter and then fleshed out in ‘Minion Management: Keeping your Servants in Line” by, O. Lord’.)

He knew what he was going to do to start out but the question was what should he steal? The obvious choice would be to simply go for the cash and rob the Kuno’s blind but the book had warned him not to go for the big easy score as that often led to repercussions that he would not be ready for at this stage of things. So, what to steal…
