Apparently, Ranma's chi was VERY powerful against the daimon. Something about Ranma's chi negated the energy that powered the daimon. Of couse, that was only if the daimon didn't block the attacks. So Ranma was trying as hard as he couild to hit it from behind. It still anoyed Ranma to no end that he couldn't touch the damn thing, lest he be burned badly.
Sheila was having a similar problem to the Senshi. This daimon seemed to suck up magical energies as if it were a sponge to water. However, the Daimon seemed more tailored to the Senshi's magic, hence why it could stand up to Mars Flame Sniper and Mercury Aqua Rhapsody as if it were walking against the breeze. However, Sheila's magic was different from the Sailor Senshi's, and so her magic attacks caused considerably more damage. Not a lot, but more than the Senshi could hurt the thing.
Minako couldn't help but admire Ranma and Sheila as she watched them deal with the daimon. They weren't exactly holding an advantage against it, but they were doing a far better job than her or the other Senshi. Hopefully, thes two would be able to deal with the damn daimon.
Akane growled as she tried to stand up. She wouldn't let this thing beat her. She was so close to victory. So what if she felt pain? Wasn;t the old saying, 'no pain, no gain'? She could feel it, she could feel victory was at hand. Now if only she could get this damn weretigress to stop sitting on her so she could go back into battle.
Mars growled as she held onto her arms while sitting down on Akane to keep her out of combat. God damn, did those burns ever hurt. It felt worse than that time she sacrificed herself so that Sailor Moon could get into Beryl's palace. Well, at least being a weretigress gave her more endurance. She probably would have fainted or worse, died from such wounds.
Mercury was scanning the daimon with her Mercury Computer. She wasn't finding any sort of weakness on the surface whatsoever. The thing seemed to be protected by some sort of Etheral energy collecting enhancement. That would explain why it was able to suck up magic, but not Ranma's chi. Damn, if only this thing wasn't made of silver! Than they could fight it with fists and kicks and...
"Wait..." Mercury muttered. "Silver... That thing is made of silver..." Mercury's eyes widened. She then called out to Ranma and Sheila. "Ranma! Sheila! Try to keep that thing busy for as long as you can!"
"Sure!" Ranma said as he ran ariound the daimon. "BUT WHY?" He yelled as he barely dodged out of the way of a strike from the daimon.
"Because we need to get Sailor Jupiter!" Ami said. "That thing IS made of silver. Of all metals, silver has the highest level of conductivity! That thing will be vulnerab;le to electricity!"
Sheila blinked. "Electricity!? Shoot! We need to get Gar. Lightning is his specialty!"
Ami nodded her head. "I'm sure, but it's also one of Jupiter's! So please, keep the daimon busy while I contact Jupiter!"
Seeing the two jagweres continue to run around the daimon, Ami took out her Senshi Communicator.
