"Moka? Moya?" asked Kakashi.
"Yeah, not sure myself," admitted Naruto. "Same person. Vampire Princess who is basically sealed, she can only go for short periods away from her mostly-ruined castle. She apparently feels that this is an end-run around the rules she's been stuck with. Probably get resolved in some epic battle."
"Vampire princess as in 'bloodsucking undead'?" asked Kakashi, eyeing Sakura a little nervously.
"Uhm, pretty much," admitted Naruto. "Not undead though. She can be killed. Not very easily. If you need to stop her when she's in control of Sakura, there's methods."
"Such as?" pressed Kakashi.
"That cross around her neck can be put back in place," said Naruto. "Also there's running water and direct sunlight, which weakens her. Because she's not the sort of vampire in the stories, she can handle garlic but probably avoids it. Same with cold iron - it would weaken the spirit but not actually hurt Sakura. Some measures effective against the fae, because she's essentially a princess of a Fae Court, will work. Not as effectively against the real thing because it's sort of a possession."
Kakashi fixed Sakura with a particularly unhappy gaze. "So, did she get what she wanted out of it?"
"Well, we can test it," said Naruto.
"Her strength is very good, jonin level," said Kakashi. "Same with her speed and ability to shrug off damage. She also heals very quickly and is no slouch with taijutsu. She has to train her body up some though - as apparently she's just not in the physical shape to be able to handle the vampire's power."
"She will have to be punished," mused the Hokage. "Making such dangerous deals with foreign powers is not in the best interest of the village. Anything else?"
"She has a chakra affinity, which turned the chakra test paper black, but this Moya stated that Sakura wasn't up to channelling those kind of forces as yet."
"Very well," said the Hokage. "I'll disseminate this information to a few trusted jonin just in case she ever goes rogue and needs to be stopped. Though if running water is sufficient to weaken her, there are enough Water Release users around that she can be dealt with from that front."
"That leaves what punishment to hit her with," said Kakashi.
