"Okay, well, the ramen festival was a bust," declared some kid about her age.

She blinked again as that had been unusual. When she'd focussed her attention on that kid, she'd gotten information slamming into her head. What the bleep?
She next looked at the adult guy with the fancy hat.

No way. Fuu looked closer.

Eyes tracked to the side, taking in the sights as she tried to understand what was going on.
A horned wolf was arguing with a talking tree?
A woman of metal and plastic was listening to some woman in a labcoat explain something?
A mutant pig creature was sharpening some massive axe?
A creature made of fire and leather was playing chess with something that seemed to be made entirely of bones?
Fuu was really hoping that something would start making sense soon.
It had been two years.
It still was not making a lot of sense.
She had, however, found things she had not found back in Takigakure.
"Another game is invading!"
"Stand by to repel boarders!"
No, she'd pretty much given up on the whole 'makes sense' thing after the first three months.
Otherwise, having entered the world inside an "Illegal Ticket" and sailing a pirate ship into a stage, where ANOTHER pirate ship then tried to hijack THEIR pirate ship and having it turn out to be weird creatures from YET ANOTHER universe would probably have caused her to just go find a quiet corner and wait for the worst of this insanity to pass.
Hefting her Ancient Bow, Fuu sent an Omega Comet towards the front line of the invaders.
"That's the leader!" said one of the invaders, pointing at Naruto. "Capture him and we conquer the land itself!"
"That ain't how it works!" yelled back Naruto.
Fuu nodded as she formed another arrow to use. Naruto died quite a few times and the only effect had been that his troops had given him quite a lot of teasing afterwards. Dying in the Item World didn't count for much.
"Well, we'll just capture YOU then," said Naruto as one came close and he formed a dozen shadow clones to dogpile the intruder and toss her towards their Base.
The intruder yelped as she went into the Base and then...
The Base belched?!
"All right!" said Naruto. "Now all your Base belong to us!"
It was weird, decided Fuu. It was almost as if once that had happened, the fight had gone right out of the intruders.
