Mischief Fragment - Replay: That's a weapon? [Episode 257996]

"Ungh," said Naruto.

"Well, he's waking up."

"Pikaaaa!"

"That hurt, ya know," said Naruto, slowly opening his eyes.

"Pika!" said the pikachu.

"Yeah, you're considered a weapon," said Naruto. "See, Toltiir decided that just doing weapons was too close to someone else's thing, so he made it a bit different."

"Pika?" asked the pikachu.

"Do you mean you actually understand this pudgy..." Sasuke indicated the yellow blob with the rabbit ears.

"Pika!" said the pikachu, frowning up at Sasuke.

"Oooh, what you said," said Naruto, rubbing his forehead.

"So, what exactly is..." Rin pointed at the creature.

"That is a pikachu," said Naruto. "A pokemon. A creature from an entirely different set of universes."

"Looks pretty useless," began Sasuke.

"Pikachu, ThunderShock," said Naruto. "But not enough to hurt him. Much."

"Pika!" said the pikachu enthusiastically before going ahead and doing what it had wanted to do for awhile now.

KA-ZAAAAAAAAAAAAP!

Kakashi blinked. "That was a Lightning attack."

"No kidding," said the slightly crispy Sasuke on the floor.

"So, your 'weaponmaster' jutsu lets you scan creatures that are weapon-grade and then manifest them?" asked Rin.

"Yeah," said Naruto.

"Pika!" said the pikachu.

"What else?" asked Sakura, torn between gushing over how cute the creature was and berating it for zapping Sasuke.

"Well," said Naruto.

• the Pikachu vanishes and Naruto morphs into Sasuke. "Ninja are considered weapons by some people. If I take someone's form I can duplicate their abilities, just not quite as good as the original."
  Sakura considers being surrounded by Sasuke and faints with a nosebleed. (alternatively, Naruto manifests a second Sasuke in place of the pikachu.)
• the Pikachu vanishes. "I can only manifest so much for so long. And it has to be some kind of monster."
  "Where the heck are we going to find some more monsters for you to scan?" asked Sakura.
  Meanwhile, Anko is feeding some of the denizens of the Forest of Death when she has the urge to indulge in maniacal laughter.
• the Pikachu puts on an orange jacket and Konoha headband. "Pika!"
  "I think I can pull in others as I develop as a character. I don't really understand what that means though."
  "What I don't get is where it got the ninja outfit," noted Sakura.
  "Pika pi!"
  "He's right. You shouldn't worry too much about these things. It'll just give you a headache."
• the Pikachu is dressed like Naruto. Naruto demonstrates he can now manifest a fire-type dressed like Sasuke. "I guess I have to defeat someone in order to manifest their pokemon analogue..."
  "You never defeated me, moron."
  "Remember when I tied you up and left you in the bathroom."
  Sakura imagines certain things that are not at all close to the reality.
  "Why did she turn white, spout a nosebleed, and faint?"
• something else
