"Ranma, as much as I agree we need to talk things out, I don't think it needs to be right here and right now." Akane ventured. Really don't want to have these to on me just now... "Besides, best to get Kodachi involved as well so we can do it all at once, you know."
"Yeah, suppose its the sort a mess that could take a while ta hash out." Muttered Ranma in a thoughtfully even as she let her speech patterns slip into her usual rougher tone. "Probably best not ta eat up the whole night with it."
"Like you two weren't going to spend all knight doing other things anyway?" Grumbled an incredulous Ukyo.
"That was a spur a the moment sort a thing. An I think you two pretty much killed the mood." Defended Ranma.
"I can agree with you on that." Added the Tendo with a bit of frustration in her voice.
"Right, Shampoo agree. She have plans tonight." Some of Kodachi's classmates had placed a big order so she going to 'cater' their slumber party. "So. Where meeting tomorrow?"
Ranma 'hmm'ed then snapped her fingers and spoke up. "How 'bout that little park between Furinkan and Kodachi's school? It's got some out a the way spots where we can talk."
"Alright, it's not to far from my route." Ukyo huffed. "I'll be there."
"Shampoo will let flower girl know, going to make delivery to her friends later. Easy to pass word."
"Right. Well, see ya then." Ranma turned towards the door then paused a moment before another quick turn towards Akane, whom she gave a quick kiss on the lips and a hug. "Good night." The red-head then left the room, cheeks lit with a blush.
After the click of Ranma closing the door behind her there was left just Akane, Ukyo and Shampoo. Rather, Akane being stared at by Ukyo and Shampoo. "What?"
"Don't 'what?' us how the heck did you get Ranma to come onto you with his girl side?" The chef asked shortly. She'd had her own crush on that little hottie since she found out about the curse but always thought Ranma wouldn't want to play.
Shampoo wasn't as put out. Sure Ranma looked like a lot of fun but she was still having a blast bedding as many partners as she could. All she was curious about was why Ranma picked Akane.
"Really, I didn't do a thing. If you want to know what Ranma was thinking you can ask him tomorrow."
"Fine." With that the grumbling chef left trough the window and bounded off towards her restaurant.
Before she did the same Shampoo grinned at Akane. "Is too too bad you with Ranma now. Shampoo off to party. Just type you like. But," She dropped a folded up note onto Akane's night stand. "If Akane change mind. Or maybe bring girl-type Ranma, yes. You two fit in too too good, Shampoo is sure." With that Shampoo took to the window, intentionally letting her skirt ride up to show off her naked sex to the last girl in the room as she went on her way with a giggle
Akane took the note and tossed it into the waste basket. She was perfectly happy with how things were looking and was not planning on doing something to risk what had just happened. As she went to gather up the homework that had been knocked aside, her door opened with no warning. She would have snapped at who it was but honestly expected her to nose her way into the situation as well. "What is it Nabiki?"
"Well, I would be here to see why Ranma was in such a sour mood and to see if I need to juggle the odds for his fights. But you two got rather lost in your own little world for a bit and got a bit louder than I would think you intended. So I would ask you to thank Ranma for me." Nabiki had a wide grin. "There was a pool on how long it would take the guy to figure out what you three were trying to pull on him. Oh, don't give me that look little sister. What I did was no worse that what Ukyo, Shampoo and yourself did." The middle Tendo waved off the sour look from her sister. "Anyway, there were no bets on Ranma playing the lot of you so the house keeps the pot. I must say, I didn't think he had it in him. And I've never been so happy to be wrong about someone. Anyway, good night sis!"
So, the Tendo household calmed for the night as the residents prepared for and found their ways to bed. The silence of the night was only broken once as the two fathers stumbled in and passed out in the dojo. The next day...
