Restart Deluge! Returning Warrior: Wild Code. [Episode 260095]

by Josh9

General Ranma Saotome was using the soul of ice as he looked through a satellite feed as he looked for anyone he used to know when he lived in Nerima a lifetime ago. All the men and women in the command center were being extra careful as they did their duty. The men and women had served with the General long enough that he was pissed off.

General Ranma Saotome had gathered them: the outcasts and their families when he fought in the wars to protect the people. The men and women along with their families went with him as the general traveled from one war to another. Each and every time Ranma fought with courage and honor fighting the forces arrayed against him to protect the people. Each time men and women along with their families joined him and his group. Finally General Ranma Saotome after years of war had come home to find his country conquered and invaded. He had come home only to find Nerima carpet bombed to oblivion. Ranma recognized the bombing pattern. Britannia wanted Nerima or more accurately the martial artists dead to prevent them using their skills and joining any future uprising of the Japanese.

"Found a survivor, sir." A soldier reported. "Kasumi Tendo, age 28, is in Shinjuku. She helps with the sick and hurt as the best thing to a doctor."

"Thanks." Ranma nodded to the soldier. "I guess I have a woman to talk to. Keep monitoring Japan and notify me if anything comes up."

"Yes sir."

A beautiful brunette was bandaging a child's leg with a smile as the child winced in pain. Kasumi was helping the young boy as she wrapped the cloth around the limb.

"Now young man, you be more careful. Understand?"

"OK and thanks."

The young boy's parents smiled and nodded at Kasumi as they walked out of her so-called clinic which was in rough shape in the middle of Shinjuku Ghetto. Kasumi helped in order to deal with the survivor's guilt she had after Britannia had bombed Nerima so thoroughly that not even a bug could live after that kind of bombardment. As far as she knew she was the only survivor of Nerima. Everyone she called family and friend were dead.

The only reason Kasumi survived Nerima was because she was visiting a friend outside the district. The only other possible survivor who could have possibly survived was Ranma. He had vanished a few weeks before Britannia invaded Japan and Kuno was claiming he had banished Ranma from this world. Since everyone in Nerima regard the Kunos as delusional idiots they ignored him and his boasts of banishing Ranma.

Kasumi heard the door for her clinic open and close as she was putting a few things away. She didn't look up until a voice called her name.

"Hello Kasumi."

Kasumi looked up and froze in astonishment as she looked at man she thought was long dead.

"R...Ranma." Kasumi stuttered. "You're alive?"

The man in front of her nodded and Kasumi could see it was Ranma changed. Handsome and he had filled out so good. Those deep blue eyes and long black hair in a ponytail. He was dressed in pants and shirt along with an old leather jacket.

Kasumi just lunged at the man and wrapped her arms around him as she broke down in tears at finding Ranma Saotome alive.

Ranma just kept his arms around Kasumi as she cried. He kept on whispering soothing words as the woman finally allowed herself to cry.

"I thought I was the only one to survive Nerima, Ranma." Kasumi whispered and then blushed with the way they were standing with her in his arms. "Since I couldn't find any others."

"Let's just say Kuno won his victory when he banished me with that artifact. Enough of that though." Ranma stepped away from Kasumi. "What happened to Japan while I was away?"

"It's been 7 years since you vanished and Britannia invaded a month or so after in 2010 and..." Kasumi started her explanation.
