"If having Kurama here allowed me to draw on his chakra, what would I be able to draw on from having Sakura sealed in me?"
"Her fashion sense?"
"Pointless," said Sasuke. "We need to be stronger. Having Sakura sealed in you doesn't accomplish that. Maybe if we wished Kurama here was our team kunoichi?"
"That Thing would probably turn me into an underage human female. I would, of course, be forced to kill something."
There was a brief swirl of wind and force of presence, and the towering shapeless Being appeared again. "Fifteen minutes. Have you made your choices?"
"I have two questions first, which will determine the wording of the wishes," stated Sasuke. "First, will you return us to where we were at the time that Naruto's transport-seal activated?"
The shadowy mass looked at Sasuke with five of its eyes. "At the end of this, when the changes have been made and cause and effect fit once more into their normal patterns - you will find yourselves in Konohagakure again with less than a day's passage from the time you left."
"That sounds like a 'yes'," said Naruto.
"Second," said Sasuke. "We need Sakura to be pulled out of the seal and Kurama put back in. Will this automatically be fixed?"
"Maybe," said the Being. "Depends on your wishes. Otherwise, yes. Since the whole point of this is to give the Child Of Prophesy a better chance to survive - then leaving Sakura Haruno trapped inside him would not help him in that goal."
"Why would we want to replace Sakura?" griped Naruto. "I just wish she'd be nicer to me."
"DONE!"
Kurama face-palmed with a sound like an avalanche.
Sasuke hung his head and groaned.
"What?" asked Naruto, looking wildly around.
"If she finds out you wasted a wish on something like that, she will kill you," predicted Sasuke. "Though probably in a nice manner."
"What?" asked Naruto.
"You just made a wish that Sakura would be nicer to you," said Sasuke. "Idiot."
"THAT WAS JUST AN EXPRESSION!" yelled Naruto at the huge shape.
"No, that was a wish that came from your heart." The Being shifted around slightly. "Exact method of application will have to wait until you're done. Easiest way is to alter an event in your past that happened when both of you were seven. Though I could have her as your sister or something."
"Naruto," said Sasuke. "Make the other two wishes before you screw something else up."
"I wish that Kurama was nicer to me," said Naruto. "And I wish that I had that some of that sense-thingie."
"STOP!" called out Sasuke. "CANCEL! NEGATE!"
"I've never heard you raise your voice like that," noted Naruto.
"HEY!" yelped Kurama as it was abruptly sucked into the seal. "OH HELL! WHY IS EVERYTHING PINK?! WHY IS THERE A BED HERE?! WHAT WERE YOU DOING?!!"
Sakura came tumbling out of the Seal on Naruto's belly and then the Seal reformed and faded out.
"What's going on?" asked a furiously blushing Sakura.
"Granting the wishes," said the Being. "He made all three."
