On one side, it was an exact copy of an emergency exit on the first floor of the Konohagakure Ninja Academy. On the other side, it was still a door but one of wood with metal reinforcements of an unfamiliar styling.
Sasuke led the way, thinking his stealth skills would be far ahead of anyone else in the group. For once, Naruto was not protesting Sasuke taking the lead - for which Sasuke was quite grateful as any such protest would certainly be loud enough to defeat the whole 'stealth' angle he was trying for.
Following him and trying to grab his hand, and ignoring his dodging of those attempts, was Sakura. He decided not to think about the whole 'poster of him over her bed' confession right now.
IF they got back to Konohagakure, he was planning to sneak into her bedroom and destroy such a thing if it was actually there. Maybe it would be better though if he stole that and put one of Naruto up there in its place. That might be a better revenge, and wasn't it the duty of a ninja to seek out suitable vengeance?
Following Sakura was Naruto, who looked very unhappy about something and sniffed the air once they went through. Hinata brought up the rear, looking nervously around them without her Byakugan going.
"Air pressure's different, smells weird," noted Naruto in a low voice.
"Define 'weird'," whispered Sakura, a tiny bit louder than Naruto.
"I dunno," said Naruto, sniffing again. "Haven't smelled that before so I dunno what it is."
Sasuke took a tentative sniff but couldn't smell anything. "Hinata. Your Byakugan recovered?"
"A bit," said Hinata. She took a deep breath and made quick hand signs. "Byakugan."
