Gotham PD was under siege but instead of gun fire, blood, death that usually entails it was a quite calm mind control affair. Ivy had Harley walk in a sexy delivery girl outfit and while the male half and some women were distracted she put chemical in all the plants. End result only commissioner Gordon, detective Bullock, and Montoya were the only ones still standing under there own minds. When the two sirens of Gotham reach them Ivy put out a request that shock them, They wanted the Batman.
"So let me get this straight you, attack my precinct, mind control most of my men, and held us captive all so you can talk to Batman," commissioner Jim Gordon look at the two as if they were crazier than usual.
"Well when say it like that it does sound silly," Harley grinned as she leaned on her mallet.
"Couldn't you crazy broads just rob some place that usually gets the cape freak after you anyway," Bullock being his 'charming' self.
Both women gave the overweight cop a dirty look before continuing. "If we went that rout it we cause confrontation and might damage something very precious to me, which would defeat the purpose of the meeting." As if to emphasis her point she gently and lovingly placed her hand over stomach.
"Your pregnant, who?" Montoya has quite of few friends who acted the same way when they first got in the family way.
"More like how, I ready your file the process that made you left you infertile," Commissioner Gordon got his job because he was competent not any back door deals like his predecessors.
"Ancient Chinese secret," Harley quip which brought a grin to Ivy face.
"Whether you believe me or not I won't put my only chance of a child in danger so I need the Bat for a favor,"
"Listen daisy why should listen to some-" whap Harley did a graceful but painful kick to the Lieutenant's face.
"No comments from you, okay Cartman," Harley silenced the always opinionated overweight lieutenant. Montoya tried not to laugh the nickname given to him by the crazed blond.
"Despite the brusque nature of my Detective I have to agree, why should I listen to such a request,"
"I know of you commissioner Gordon you are one of the few honorable men in the police force and as far as this precinct is concern the cleanest group of cops in the city," Every hood in Gotham tried to get crooked cop in this prescient but they were always sniff out. While the public like it, some politicians hated that they had no pull.
"Thanks for the complement but hardly see the point,"
"Simply you are a man of your word, and you give me your word you'll contact Batman, I'll release the rest your Gothams finest," Ivy was given her best to persuade him to listen to her demand to bad her best was seduction. While Bullock gapping and drooling openly, Montoya had the good sense to look away her girlfriend would kill her.
"What guarantee do we have that you keep your promise," Gordon ignoring the display in front of him.
"Simply this, once you give word all their pathetic minds will be theirs again," Ivy look right Gordon waiting for a response. The commissioner thought about it long and hard about his situation. A sigh of resignation escaped from him "Very well, I promise we won't arrest you until you talk to Batman."
With a snap of her fingers the flowers that rest on the zomibifed police force chests spurted out gas. Which in turn released them from her control. "Uh...detective What happen," the police that were restraining them let them go as soon as they realize that
"Simply put Gotham's Themla and Louise is what happened cuff those t-" as Bullet was about to read them the riot act Gordon put his hand up to quell his over weight Detective.
"Your not serious,"
"I gave my word,"
"Sometimes Commish, your too much of a upstanding guy," Bullock put his gun back in his holster and went to a nearby wall to lean on.
"That's why I trust him as my contact," a dark but familiar voice stated as Batman seem to melt out of the nearby shadows.
"When did you get...how did you..what..," Harley was at a lost for words this was not the first time batman show up out of nowhere but to get here before they announce themselves always shocked.
"Well full of surprises as-"
"Your arm Dr. Isley," the Bat pulled out a blood drawing device handheld injectors.
"Brusque as usual," knowing he was in his talkative moods unless he as going to lecture her or talk her her down. For once she was not going care about his less than cordial nature and give in.
After drawing in some of poison Ivy blood he summons his Batwing for his mobile lab. Though this is the first time he used it for a pregnancy test. Speaking of which this got the attention of the dark knight who knew that it was impossible for her to become pregnant since the chemicals in her bodies make up made it impossible. Any embryo would conceive would never make it to term. But his computer is showing all signs on a healthy little embryo growing inside her, but how? If only he knew that with magic and chaos nexus that is Ranma made such things very easy.
"How," this was a demand not a question.
"Ancient Chinese secret," Harley in usual joking manner. Batman look showed wasn't in the mood for the Jokers sidekick.
"Despite my companions joking nature it is true while we were in Asia we came across a fertility drug mix with chemicals and magic that could get seventy old woman past menopause pregnant. The specifics we are sworn to secrecy," Ivy look at Batman who obviously wanted more information. But he realized that she wasn't about to give it him anytime soon.
"Fine Doctor what do you want me here for," Bruce Wayne was willing to listen after all if stop any destruction or mayhem then he was all for it.
"Simple you self righteous brute I want protection for me and my child whether or not you admit you have enough pull to give it to me,"
The demands or requests as she called were simple as far as she was concern. She wanted to be a closed section of Arkham away from any crazies who though be funny for a miscarriage to happen to a woman who was told that she would never conceive. That he was more than readily to put the Joker in solitary and get the staff not to mention Ivy pregnancy but he knew that wasn't last long. With the so called best psychiatrists in the world having loose lips and people could see her ballon out once she came closer to term. He would have the Joker kept at away from as much as possible and keep closer eye on him in the pervading months. So while scan the city for crime he was typing away to set up contingencies for this unprecedented chance against Joker and anyone else who might want to steal the child. people like Amanda Waller would be more than interested in meta human baby that could be raised for their purpose. Who knows what this could entail and for some strange reason the amount of chaos this would bring both scare him and brought him comfort.
When the Gotham sirens were put back in Arkham it was obvious that they have changed. For one the doctors were find that she was a less violent Eco crusader. While she was vehement about saving nature by dangerous means. Her need for a body count shrank it seem that the child made her think more of ways to reach her ends than killing someone. She even talked more cordially towards other inmates who were also psychopaths. Lastly the plant lady was calmer than they remembered when the staff asked why Pamela Lillian Isley answered that she wanted no stress on her baby. This in turn open up a beating pool of who the baby's daddy was among the police. With batman being in the top three with two face and Swamp Thing being a close second. Harley on the other hand dumped the Joker for good it seemed. Every time he talk to her she ignored him, every time he tried to sweet talk her she shut him down, and when tried his favorite bit of smacking her around he would get beat up for his trouble because sheet seem she was through being a battered wife anymore.
Meanwhile Ranma was having a strange month to say the least. Xian Pu and him were not the only wrecking crew members caught in the dust. Kuno was now wooing Konatsu, Ukyo kunochi transvestite waitress with some success but only when Kuno doesn't mention the pig tailed girl or Akane. And Ukyo was now dating a guy name Akira Hayama (food wars) from that prestigious Tōtsuki culinary school on the other side Tokyo. It was sad to see Ucchan leave but they were still friends at the very least. Second was the worst him walking in on his mother having sex with his master Toki. That took some pressure points his master told him jokingly call mind bleach point. He has selective memory of the event he knows they sleep together but doesn't remember the scene thankfully. It turns out that while away his mother divorced Genma and was currently dating his real father Toki. Apparently this meant any and all engagements were dropped since he wasn't Genma's son. The third change was the fact Ranma new appearance since his journey physically he grew more muscle mass and gained half a foot. It seem master Toki fix some malnutrition problems and gave him a growth spurt while training the boy. Added to the fact splash water doesn't work anymore everyone demand what was the cure. Luckily him, his period came and went as he explained the he becomes a girl every time of the month now instead. Since this was consider the most central time for women he used as a balance for him to be a guy. End result three days out of the month( or four days if it was a heavy flow) he was going to girl, every other day he would be a guy 24/7. He gave them location of magic stone but warn them it only changes the trigger not the effect and it will balance it some other way. Ryouga set off and got lost as soon as he heard about it, he find eventually it but not anytime soon. Genma went after being beaten by the fifth time by Toki trying to get his wife back. He tried to get Ranma to do it for him but the boy had the nerve to say he prefer Toki being his father to him. He says once he comes back cure of his curse he will defeat him then. If only he realized that Nodoka has no intention returning to him win or lose. Or he was so outclassed by the fact that even Happosai stays away from Toki out of great fear and respect.
The biggest change was Ranma relationship with Xian Pu, it was becoming very clear that they became close since the incident. Ranma was more open towards her affections and was taking her out on dates which usually ended with the Amazon trying and four times out of ten succeeding riding her favorite horse. While Ranma was open to sex in general he was still quite shy about taking initiative. Akane and Soun don't seem to understand that he was no longer obligated to marry Akane since he wasn't Genma's son but since when logic mattered to them. He took her out on dates as well but they always ended with her temper getting the better of her. One rival or other showing up him getting blame for it and him not putting up with her attitude. So while Nabiki and Kasumi knew that Akane was hurting her own chances she and Soun kept blaming him.
This came ahead when he got the call from Pamela the first reaction he wanted to do was faint but considering how important it was he went with face faulted to the floor.
"I'm so sorry Pam-chan," he said as he got back on his feet.
"For what?"
"I left you and baby in this situation, i will do right by you I will marry you and swear to raise our child the best way possible,"
"Well well who says decent men are extinct, but no need marriage is not need but if you could help and visit me I appreciate it. Harley misses you too. Oh and bring Xian Pu as well I'm sure she will have a blast in Gotham," Ivy said almost joyful tone.
"I will but first my having a relative over but as soon as the visit over with I'll grab the first plane to the states," Ranma said.
"Oh you don't worry I'm already pregnant so just bring as much protection you need for Harley and that purple haired Amazon," at the the plant lady hang up the phone laughing while leaving a hot and bothered fighter on the other end.
Ranma got over his embrassment and hung his house phone just in time to see his Aunt....
