"But it's so far away..."
"That might be a good thing," said Nabiki.
"How's that?" Ranma asked.
"Do you really want to be around when Akane decides to have a 'chat' about us?"
The pigtailed boy gulped. "Ummm... no?"
"Good boy, there's hope for you yet."
"Thanks... I think."
"Take it as a compliment okay? Besides, we have other problems."
"I guess I'll have guests then," sighed Rally.
"Maybe."
"Maybe?"
"Yeah. We also have to consider the problems with leaving now."
"Wha... I see."
"I don't," said Ranma.
"It's simple Lover-boy. If we were to leave, we won't have the chance to deal with the problems now. It'll look like we're running away and people will come up with their own ideas about us before we have a chance to explain about the whole 'love charm' business. But then again, it'll give them time to cool down before they try to kill us."
"So are you going to come to Chicago or not?" asked Rally.
