Another problem with with Chibiusa and the future of the silver moon empirium, unless neo queen serenity was also a darkstalker and its just that no one knew, then this new change would drastically alter the future of Crystal tokyo and the moon kingdom on earth.
After thinking for a few moments, Usagi's newly increased intelligence (as well as ruthlessness) gave her the optimal idea, she would transform the rest of the sailor senshi into darkstalkers like her, and then transport all of them to the Makai to set up the silver imperium there.
Looking up and down the halls, Usagi found several magical items that would be perfect for transforming her friends into fellow creatures of the night, the only question is which ones to use...
