"Well," Luna started brainstorming, "Pluto is the one we could use most right now..."
"Luna, did you hit your head on re-entry?" Artemis asked, "She's not even here on Earth."
"No of course not," Luna conceded, "I was just thinking aloud that only someone who could see all of time could possibly find the Sailor Guardians' reincarnations."
"Well, we can't wish for what we don't have. What we do have is one mousey Sailor Mo-hey!" He cried out upon realizing that the overgrown Pichu had decided to slip away during their conversation. Realizing they had noticed, she broke into a run back into the Pikachu colony.
"Those things were crazy!" she muttered to herself, "A moon princess? Ancient wars? No way any of them could be real... right?"

In another plane of existence, Sailor Pluto was pouting. This would be a great surprise to anyone who knew her, until they looked around to see what she was dealing with.
Flittering about her misty realm were dozens of green, chittering fairy creatures. (Actually, it was just the one, at multiple points in it's life.)
"Celebi, I know you don't need my gate to travel through time," something that also annoyed her, "So why do you spend so much of your time here?"
"Oh, I just like the atmosphere," Celebi answered. "Really though, it makes a great vantage point. Shifting through timeframes directly without going outside of time makes it hard to see where I'm going. Besides, my psychic powers have helped you, haven't they?"
"Have they?" Pluto repeated.
"Oh, not yet then. In that case... Why don't you take a look at this?"
