Nabiki got a bucket of water and rinsed as Akane and Ranma talked about stretching. Ranma was back in combat mode, so he was keeping his blushes away.
As Ranma rinsed himself off, Nabiki mentioned, "You know, Akane, I've thought about this for a while, and I realized something. If your anger snapped you out of amnesia and reset your feelings for Ranma after the shiatsu Shampoo incident, is it still doing so?"
Akane looked to her older sister as Ranma froze stock still. "Nabiki, what would that matter? I already remember the baka."
Ranma almost blurted something, then he went pale and nodded to the money adoring Tendo girl. Nabiki just sighed. "That's beside the point now. Just as you kept forgetting Ranma before he shoved memory and anger in, in place of the reflex to forget, now your reflex is to go right back to the beginning of your relationship every time you get ticked at him. Basically, you can't get past square one, until that shiatsu is undone the right way."
Akane was a bit pale herself. "Well, does it matter that much? I mean, Mom loved Daddy all her life, and Daddy loves Mom to this day."
Ranma murmured softly, "Um, no offense, and all. You both know I'm hardly a romantic genius, but I would bet against Nabiki at heavy odds that your mother and father were not like that on the first meeting." He did blush then, but Nabiki would almost blush herself at the approach to something so personal.
Nabiki had a flash of insight. "You know, Ranma, that new Art you're creating with that stretching practice we had? It really removed my tensions from today. And since I had to conduct business with Kuno, that's saying something." She spoke quickly so nothing would disrupt her guidance. Ranma, my love, I honestly think she needs the help. And come to think of it, you need more sex, more girls, and more love as a whole. So, here goes everything!
Ranma goggled, "Nabiki? That was really effective, and all, but you think it's a new Art?" He was thinking back to the occasion, and thankfully stayed in game face enough to avoid stammering in so doing.
Akane reacted as Nabiki had hoped. "Between you and your father, I can believe it. Only you could start making your own style without knowing it at first, you know that?" Between the huff of air and the intent look on Akane's face, she was a bit exasperated and highly intrigued.
Nabiki thought, This is just about perfect! Then she said, "Action without thought, you know how it goes by now, Akane. In any case, I think he needs to practice with someone a bit more in tune with the Art. I'm not a total novice, but I did retire from active study a few years back."
